In case you missed it, the first set of Duggar twin grandbabies has officially arrived. Jed and Katey’s baby girls were born on January 8, 2025, and the couple is now settling into life as a family of six. It’s a big change but one that they seem to be loving every minute of, and after seeing the latest photos and videos of their newborns, it’s easy to see why. Who wouldn’t be so full of joy with these adorable little ones around?

It’s been just three weeks since Emma Kate and Elsie Kate made their way into the world, and as far as we can tell from the posts their parents have been sharing on social media, they’ve already been pretty busy meeting family members and doing the typical newborn things: sleeping, eating, etc. You know the drill.
It seems as if Katey is on cloud nine right now, especially after she shared her first Instagram post after bringing the girls home. Alongside photos of her holding both of her baby girls in her arms, she wrote, “How did they fit inside me just a few days ago?? What a miracle.”
She also shared a video taken during their newborn photo shoot, and it’s wild to see how much they changed in such a short amount of time. That’s the way it is with babies this little, though – blink, and they’re suddenly so much bigger!
The poses they’re put in here are too cute. This shoot is going to make for some seriously frame-worthy photos.

It appears Truett and Nora are loving being big siblings, too. Not long after bringing the babies home, Jed shared this sweet photo of them holding their new baby sisters. They were made for this!
