New Mom Kelly Osbourne Shoots Down Plastic Surgery Rumors: ‘I Really Just Lost Weight’

Kelly Osbourne is tired of people talking about her face. This week while promoting the return of The Osbournes Podcast after a five-year hiatus, the television personality addressed the rumors that she’s had plastic surgery. During that time, she had weight loss surgery, which she attributes to the changes in her face that led people to believe that she’s had other work done. Since her weight loss surgery in 2018, she’s lost 85 pounds, which will certainly make one’s face look different. She also welcomed her first child, a son named Sidney, earlier this year.

Kelly was open about her appearance.

"I've never had any procedure like plastic surgery," she told the Daily Mail in an exclusive interview to promote the podcast.

"There are things that I definitely want to do when I get older, but I'm too scared aren't I?" she asked mom Sharon Osbourne, who admitted that Kelly was "a wuss."

She did make a big admission, though.

She was willing to share that she's gotten Botox in the past.

"It's weird, because now that I've lost weight, everybody is criticizing and trying to figure out what it is that I've done, and I really just lost weight. It's just the shape of my face!" she said.

The rumors keep following her around.

This isn’t the first time Kelly has addressed plastic surgery rumors. In 2021, she posted a video on Instagram to dispel them. "Let's squash these stupid rumours!!! Can't you just be happy for me?" she captioned the post.

She told her fans in the video that she had "never done anything to my face other than a couple of injections in my lips, in my jaw, and in my forehead here."

Kelly has been very open about her weight loss surgery.

Kelly went on to call her decision to get weight loss surgery "one of the best decisions I've ever made."

She opted to get a gastric sleeve, which led to an 85-pound weight loss. During an appearance on the Hollywood Raw podcast in 2020, she explained, "All it does is change the shape of your stomach. I got that almost two years ago. I will never ever ever lie about it ever. It is the best thing I have ever done."

As long as she's happy, that's all that matters.

Kelly told the Daily Mail that people will tell her, "'well you didn't do it the right way.'" But according to Kelly, "there is no right way."

"The road to happiness is different for everybody, and I think that instead of picking apart the journey, they should just be happy that you reached your destination," she explained.
