The Kardashian family isn’t known for shying away from drama. That’s why it’s no surprise that Khloé Kardashian is taking on mom Kris Jenner in a new episode of The Kardashians. In a preview, Khloé is seen taking Kris to task for the perceived ways the famed momager may have failed her middle daughter throughout her life. although the clip and Khloé’s words are intentionally vague, she does get right to the point when she confronts her mom about her past affair when Kris was still married to Robert Kardashian Sr.

Khloé doesn't hold anything back.
"Whenever you’re ready to admit to me that you f—ed up big time with me," Khloé snaps at her mother in the clip. Kris quickly responds, "I did not f— up big time."
Khloé isn’t finished, though. After sharing that she feels unheard, she added, "We put a Band-Aid over a bullet hole."
Kris tries to defend herself against her daughter, stating, "No, you misunderstood. You’re just somewhere else, you’re spiraling."
It appears she is trying to understand why Tristan Thompson cheated on her.
Khloé's relationship with ex Tristan Thompson is also a big part of the episode, and when their past causes her to do some reflecting, she goes to Kris for some insight.
"What was your mindset when you cheated?" Khloé asked her mother, clearly catching her off guard.
Kris claims that cheating on Robert Kardashian was one of her 'biggest regrets.'
"I got married when I was very, very young. I met Robert when I was 18 years old," she told designer Diane Von Furstenburg during an episode of her podcast. "We dated for four years, got married at 22, sooner or later during my life when I was in my 30s, I had an affair and my biggest regret was the fact that it broke up my family."
Kris has spoken about her affair in the past.
Kris has been surprisingly candid about her affair previously, even going so far as to write about it in her memoir, which was released in 2011.
In the memoir, she explained that the man — who she called Ryan in the book but has since been revealed to be animator Todd Waterman — paid more attention to her than anyone had "in forever," which made her fall for him almost instantly.
She said that the first time she kissed Todd "was like a revival, a resuscitation, an awakening from some long, deep, unconscious sleep. I hadn't been kissed like that in ten years."

Kris' family has said that the affair changed everything.
This isn’t the first time Khloé has publicly spoken about her mother’s affair and how it affected the family. Back in 2016, she talked about it during her show Kocktails With Khloé.
"I saw how it destroyed my dad," she said. "I saw what it did to my dad, so I don't want to do that. I also saw the regret from my mom."
She also talked about spending time with Todd as a child during a 2012 episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians when Kris and Todd reconnected while she was still married to Caitlyn Jenner.
"This whole Todd situation is uncomfortable for me in general," Khloé said at the time. "I was around 4 and I, of course, at 4, do not know that Todd is not supposed to be around. My mom was young. We all make mistakes, but why are you still talking about it? I feel like this chapter in your life should be way closed."
