Josh is serving his sentence at FCI Seagoville.
The facility is about 400 miles from where the Duggars live in Arkansas, but according to what a source told OK! magazine, his parents recently made the trek. And considering the fact that they reportedly spent five hours there, it seems like they were definitely trying to make their visit worth the drive.
They were 'dressed in normal clothes.'
The source said that Jim Bob and Michelle were dressed in clothes similar to "church clothes" for the visit.
"[Michelle] was in a skirt and blouse and looked skinnier then I remembered. They got some snacks — no games, even though the cabinet was open," the insider added.
The source shared a few observations about the visit.
"Jim Bob was leaned back with his arm across the chair, his wife kinda tucked into his side," they said.
The insider also shared one very interesting tidbit: "Josh was leaning forward, which is different body language than when he's with Anna and the kids."

Their visit comes at an interesting time.
When Josh celebrated his birthday behind bars in March, his wife Anna didn't make the trip to see him — at least, not as far as we know. Instead, his brother Joseph and Anna's brother-in-law, David Waller, were the ones to stop by, reportedly staying all day to hang out with him.
Considering that all we've heard in the past is how often Anna gets to Texas, this was definitely an interesting development.
Anna recently resurfaced for the first time in a long time.
This week, fans on Reddit shared a photo they found of Anna posing with fans at a religious camp, so maybe that's why she wasn't with Jim Bob and Michelle at this most recent visit, either.
Hopefully she's taking care of herself. The last few years have been tough on her and her kids.
