Here's what the 911 call entailed.
The 911 audio shared is about five minutes long. In the beginning, a frantic Jenelle is heard telling the dispatch that her son is “smashing everything in my house.”
From what she’s saying, it appears they also got into it the night before and police were called then as well but ultimately told her there was nothing they could do. “This morning, just now, he just started smashing things,” she continued, adding that she told her two youngest kids to “stay away from him.”
Jenelle wanted Jace to be evaluated.
Later on in the call, Jenelle told the dispatcher that she’d like for Jace to “be evaluated.” A few moments later, she said he ran out of the house after spending “30 minutes” smashing bedroom doors and cabinets amongst other things. “Everything in my house is smashed,” she said through tears. “And it keeps happening and the cops said they wouldn’t help yesterday.”

She revealed what made him mad.
Jenelle went on to admit that she thinks Jace drinks behind her back and that he smokes weed. “That’s why he got mad at me yesterday,” she said, also explaining that he got upset with her taking his pocketknife away.
In the police report obtained by The Ashley’s Reality Roundup, she told police that he screamed “f— you b—-” at her before smashing kitchen cabinets.
Jace was located shortly after the 911 call.
According to the incident’s 911 communication records, the teen was described as “a bit uncooperative.” He was removed from Jenelle’s home, and CPS made a visit to the house days later to speak to the mom’s youngest children, Kaiser and Ensley, about what happened.
Jenelle had just regained custody of Jace earlier this year. He had been in custody of CPS for months prior to then.
Jenelle's sister talked about the incident.
Jenelle’s sister, Ashleigh Evans Wilson, spoke out in a TikTok after the incident. “I feel like the system has failed all these children,” she said in a nearly 10-minute video. “And nothing is ever done about it. Unfortunately, it’s just very sad. It’s just like a repeated cycle.”
Fans weighed in with their own opinions.
“Thanks for speaking out about this. I just wonder when your sister will realize that SHE is the common denominator in all of these situations,” one person shared.
“All the children are the victims. It is so sad,” another person wrote. “The world watched and knew Jace never had a chance from day 1. Heartbreaking to watch him as a baby in such a toxic environment.”
