He's so dedicated to his mermaid game that his Instagram handle is TheOfficialAriel. And he really might as well be.
But cosplaying as just Ariel wasn't enough, so Arthur took it to a whole other level.
By using the power of makeup to turn himself into Ariel's six older sisters. You know the ones:

Of course, he topped it all of with his go-to Daughter of Triton, Ariel.
