The reach of the brand, however, is far less than it deserves. It's only available at a very select few niche retailers and on its own website.
But good news has arrived: Black Moon is about to land at Ulta, and all we can think is, "Finally!"

However, slowly but surely major beauty retailers are delving into the world of dark and mystical beauty, adding major goth-loved collections to its stores. Black Moon Cosmetics is one of those lucky ones.
The darkling-loved brand is finally making its way to Ulta.
Come February 24, you'll be able to find a selection of Black Moon's makeup on Ulta shelves. And not just a few stores. The brand will be present in a total of 350 stores nationwide, meaning almost anyone can have access to the vegan, cruelty-free products.
Black Moon is starting out slow at Ulta, offering just a few of its mainstay products for now.
It's packing stores with a total of five of its bestsellers, some of which were the brand's first. So if the Orb of Light palette or liquid lipsticks are your jam, you can thank Black Moon. Online shopping is fun sometimes, but nothing beats a little in-store shopping session to try on metallic lipsticks.
Orb of Light Full Moon Palette ($48)
This is Black Moon's first-ever eye shadow palette, a neutral, matte shade range devoted entirely to the moon! This palette equips you with all the basics in one place with its professional eye shadow formula and hard shell casing, embossed in Black Moon's holographic print!
Armageddon Liquid Lipstick ($18)
Armageddon is a red unlike any other thanks to its deep tone with glittery copper flecks. For the month of February, National Cancer Prevention month, Black Moon Cosmetics created this liquid lipstick in honor of gallbladder and bile duct cancer research. It has renamed and repackaged its beloved Libra lipstick to Warrior (same shade, same formula). A portion of all sales will be donated directly to City of Hope Cancer Treatment and Research Center in Duarte, California.
