Social Media Tried To Expose Jaclyn Hill’s Father And She’s Not Having It

It seems like every week we're reporting on new Jaclyn Hill drama. Whether it's lipstick, the new Morphe palette, or anything in-between, the YouTuber is constantly at the forefront of criticism. And now, her estranged father is being accused of being a cult leader. The recent attacks may have proven too much for Hill, and she's letting everyone know that she won't be bullied any longer.

Check it out.

When it comes to YouTuber drama, family members should be off-limits, right?

Well, we'd hope so, but with social media there are always those that find a way to cross boundaries. The latest display came from a YouTube tea channel that appears to be exposing Jaclyn Hill's birth father. "Need to talk about how Jaclyn Hill's father is a full on cult leader in Africa, because somehow no one informed me of this, and I just.," the page that goes by SM Creepshow said. "Feel some kind of way. at least her pathological lying makes sense now."

Hill wasn't having it.

She responded angry with the post. "This is absolutely DISGUSTING!" she said. "I refuse to watch this video, but just the title and the thumbnail is so awful. What is wrong with you that you think it’s okay to even speak about my birth father when I haven’t even spoke to him in 10 years. Mind your damn business. Too far!"

Regardless of the Hill's past drama, she says this doesn't excuse the attacks on her father.

"I understand that people don’t like me, they think I’m a liar, and they feel as though they can’t trust me," she continued. "I can’t change that. But seriously, it’s gone too far. People have taken away all the fun on social media & have made it so ugly. im truly sick of seeing it every day."

Fans have become exhausted with the constant attacks on Hill.

"I’m so tired of the bash #jaclynhill train – is you don’t like don’t watch don’t buy but shut up," someone tweeted coming to her defense. "The bullying adults do far surpassed what kids are criticized for it .. just so tired of the absolute cruelty and hippocracy. #overit."

Is Hill really the most-hated YouTuber right now?

According to fans and critics alike, she may be, "You are probably the most hated beauty guru on youtube, it's heart breaking what people will do to tear you down," one of Hill's fans wrote. "It legit hurts someone like me who is a ride or die see you think about possibly quiting. I understand why but please don't. That means they win. And I would miss you."

Could this lead Hill to quit YouTube?
