A Fan Photoshopped A Beard Onto James Charles And It’s Wholly Unnatural

The beard movement is showing no signs of slowing down. From Instagram pages solely dedicated to men with excessive facial hair to the creation of real-life beard ornaments, people everywhere are rejoicing over the return of the rugged look. And now it's looking like beauty boys may be joining the trend.

After Patrick Starrr revealed his beard earlier this year, fans far and wide began imagining their favorite beauty boy YouTubers with faces full of hair, and they've been successful. Just look at what happened when a devoted James Charles fanpage admin edited a beard onto his usually bare-faced idol. The results will have you floored.

James Charles fans will do just about anything for him.

And that includes putting their best photo-editing skills to the test. So when a fan imagined Charles with a full beard, needless to say people couldn't believe their eyes.

"I gave you a beard hope you like it," the Twitter fanpage wrote to the YouTuber. The four Photoshopped images include some of Charles' most iconic selfies.

But Charles didn't seem too excited by the idea.

Much to the surprise of fans, Charles' reaction didn't seem to be one of insane amazement.

"Umm I’m not really sure how I feel about this," he somewhat curtly responded. Could he just have been completely taken aback by the idea of some newly grown facial hair?

It was surprising, considering the YouTuber once expressed a desire to have a beard.

In July of 2017, the beauty boy took to Twitter to tell the world that he wished he had the ability to grow a full beard such as the one in the edited photos.

"I wish I could grow a beard I feel like I'd be cute with one low key," he wrote. To which one fan responded, "Thank god u can't cause it would be hard to handle the hotness."

The jokes (and shade) ensued.

Because let's be real: Anything the YouTuber posts will forever be subject to some criticism or ragging. His saga wasn't named dramageddon for nothing folks.

"Matching your foundation to your neck wouldnt be so much of a problem," someone sarcastically responded to the beard photos. The neck blend could use some work, to be honest.

Fans think he should just give it a try.

And while there were some critics, it seems like there are still plenty of fans that will always dote over whatever he does.

"James you would look so good in a beard. You should try it out. If you don’t like it then give it a sister shave," someone said about the temporary image change. Seeing as it's as simple as shaving off the look if he doesn't like it, why not try?

The responses were hilarious.

"On one hand it makes you look like a top. On the other hand its giving me beard queen realness. Kinda a win win scenario here," someone joked.

We can't lie, the trend of beauty boys growing out their beards is surely one we can get into. Like come on, how hot did Patrick Starrr look with his? Talk about obsessed.

So what will the verdict be?

Will Charles take a chance at a more rugged look, or is the babyface image something we can expect forever?

"James Charles I live you sister your the best out there but GIRL the beard has to go I'm sorry no shade added but it's just a no from me," a fan of the bare-faced look tweeted.

Stay tuned, sisters.
