Counterfeit makeup is one of the beauty industry's largest sworn enemies — and indie brands such as Jeffree Star's are the ones getting hit the hardest.
Luckily, Star isn't afraid to call 'em when he sees 'em.
Jeffree Star noticed Milante Beauty's counterfeit Beauty Killer eye shadow palette on Ipsy's website and immediately threatened legal action.
And of course, he followed it up with a top-notch Twitter rant.
"Bitches want [to] act slick and make money off of someone else's art," he wrote. "Not today."
Thankfully, not long after his initial tweet, Ipsy contacted Star and removed the fake Beauty Killer palette from its site.
But unfortunately, that won't stop Milante Beauty from creating and selling copy cats of other brands.
Will it attempt to mess with Jeffree Star again, though?
Probably not.
