Most beauty YouTubers' first videos were completely embarrassing.
Mainly because they, admittedly, hadn't learned how to properly apply makeup yet.
Or maybe because the trends of the olden days were heavily dated.
But Tati Westbrook, aka GlamLifeGuru, never had such videos.
Like, it's legitimately not fair — she's NEVER looked bad in a video, no matter HOW long ago they were shot.
She never had raccoon eye from smudged eyeliner gone wrong.
No caked full-coverage foundation.
No bad hair days. Ever.
No eye shadow left unblended.
It's seriously unfair.
While many of beauty YouTube's current big names were still trying to come up with a channel name...
... Tati was already teaching the world how be good at literally everything makeup-related.
Perfect eyeliner? Yep.
Thick lashes? Uh huh.
Brows on fleek? Tati's got you covered.
Every single look she's ever created has withstood the test of time.
Maybe it's because her approach to makeup is so simple.
Or maybe it's because her face is just so damn good.
But I'd like to pose another theory.
Tati Westbrook is secretly a Time Lord.
Oh, yes.
Tati is a makeup guru from another dimension here to teach us how to makeup.
I'm right about this, don't @ me.
Because seriously, show me another beauty vlogger who is this consistently good.
And has BEEN that consistently good since 2011, when there were practically no respectable and popular makeup channels.
Tati started out really good at makeup, and has somehow managed to get EVEN BETTER.
And as the years go on, her range of looks only expands.
Ugh — side note — show me a better tan than this. I'll wait.
Really, I'm getting angry as I write this.
Because, COME ON.
When we peasants look back on old pictures of ourselves, we cringe hardcore at our dated makeup.
But Tati probably does not know what that feels like.
The urge to cringe probably doesn't exist in her psyche.
Because why would it?
Just look at her!
Even when she's using products that don't work, there is not a flaw to be found.
None.
I'm looking...
... still looking....
.... aw shit, I give up.
I won't find one.
Because Tati is, and has been, and will continue to be the OG beauty YouTube queen.
