Brady's cause of death has been revealed.

According to the autopsy report obtained by People, Brady died of "multiple blunt force injuries," and her death has been ruled a suicide. Brady attended the graduation with her husband and 12-year-old son but wanted to move higher up in the stands, The Columbus Dispatch reported. That's when her husband and son lost sight of her. She then climbed over the stadium wall to her death.

She reportedly struggled with several mental health conditions.

Brady's mental health history included bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, and anxiety, People reported. She'd also had two suicide attempts prior to the graduation, including one earlier in the year. According to the Dispatch, she'd also "not been compliant" with taking her medications, her husband had said.

Brady reportedly talked to her daughter as she entered the stadium to graduate.

Shortly before her death, Brady was able to speak to her daughter one last time as she headed into the stadium for commencement. According to People magazine, the summary report noted that Brady told her daughter "that she loved her and would always be her mother."

The graduation ceremony continued as planned.

Although Brady's death occurred during commencement, the New York Post reported that the ceremony continued uninterrupted and with no mention of the incident. It was unclear whether her daughter learned the news until after she'd already completed her graduation, according to the newspaper.

Another Disptach article reported that upon exiting the graduation, some students would have walked past the crime scene area, still blocked off with yellow tape. Following the ceremony, staff and graduates were offered counseling services, per the Dispatch.
