Basically, you're telling a kind-hearted, people-pleasing Cancer they're "extra." These sensitive crabs go out of their way to help the people they care for and by making them feel like their efforts were in vain, you're knocking them right in their soft underbellies. Leo

The quickest way to extinguish the fire inside a Leo is to tell them they're not good at something. Since this sign is hypercritical of themselves and sensitive to other people's judgment, they're not only likely to believe you, but feel like crap, too. If you want to give this lion sign constructive feedback, let them know what they do right before gently mentioning areas of improvement.
Virgo

Do not poke at fire if you don't want to get burned. Virgo is an incredibly emotional sign that works hard to keep their feelings under wraps in order to function in the world. Calling them mentally unstable isn't just cruel, it hits them on a personal level and makes them feel judged, which is a surefire way to trigger an outburst from this occasionally hot-headed sign.
