Celebrities are often chameleons. One minute they are looking sexy and smoldering on the cover of a magazine. The next time we see them, they are covered in fake blood or dirt and starring in some big budget blockbuster of a movie. Then they turn up on the red carpet looking like old Hollywood glamour in some couture or vintage gown, dripping in jewels and with hair and face done to absolute perfection, thanks to a troop of stylists and makeup artists.
So it isn't actually that unusual, we suppose, for the average celebrity (Wait, is there such a thing as an "average celebrity?") to be on the receiving end of a makeover. But it probably is a little unusual for them to be on the receiving end of a makeover that actually makes them look a little, well, ridiculous!
That being said, it's always a good idea to remember that celebrity parents have at least one thing in common with the rest of us: Kids almost always love getting a chance to play with makeup or pretend to be a fashion designer or a hairstylist. And, like kids everywhere, their favorite clients are usually mom or dad.
