Kids Call Out Mom Over NSFW Kitchen Discovery in Hilarious TikTok Video

A mother got called out on TikTok by her daughter for leaving a NSFW personal item in the kitchen, and we're absolutely horrified for her. The TikTok account @favoriteblackfamily is run by Jessica Scott, and it's where she frequently shares funny family interactions. Scott posted the video with the caption “Please keep all your “personal” belongings in your drawers .”

So far the video has received over one million likes. It has also received more than 11,000 comments, and we totally get why. It's absolutely mortifying but so, so funny.

The daughter decided to confront her mother.

In the video, she's seen walking into her mother’s home office and confronting her with a question. “Mother, you left something in the kitchen. Do you know what it could be in the kitchen that you left?” Scott says.

Her mother appears to take a moment to see if she can remember, then makes a loud sound — apparently she remembers — then proceeds to start laughing.

We're pretty sure we know exactly what she found.

Scott goes back into the kitchen to get the item, which appears to be wrapped in a small towel, and viewers are left in the dark — until Scott’s mom says, “It’s sanitized!”

In the video, Scott goes on to say it was left on the kitchen counter in the public area. Her daughter responds with, “It’s sanitized? In the kitchen? Where we eat? I don’t know if that’s OK to do.”

If viewers are still uncertain, Scott’s mom says, “We're all adults" and walks away with the bundled-up object.

Scott says, while laughing, “Adults don’t leave their stuff on the kitchen counter!”

TikTokers were thoroughly amused.

One user commented, “Yall’s sense of humor is impeccable," and said that it was “so fun to watch.”

Another user said, “fun part about becoming an adult. You can laugh with your mother about these things.”

“You have no idea how badly I wish I had this kind of relationship with my mother,” one user commented.

Some users even admitted to making the same mistake themselves or stumbling upon their mother’s “personal items." One user said, “lmao I leave mine charging all the time. Lmao and sometimes I charge it in the kitchen.”

Another user said, “I opened the dishwasher at a friends and was greeted by a whole top rac[k] of these type of toys.”

The timing was perfect.

In a previous video posted by Scott, it shows her mother getting frustrated with another one of Scott’s siblings' toys being left around the house.

“Mom was not having it with Kingston leaving his toys out,” the caption reads.

The mother getting caught with her own “toys” left out on the kitchen counter for all to see couldn't have been more perfect timing. Got her!
