The fan was excited to spot Amanda.
The TikToker shared the clip with her followers, which features her and a very somber-seeming Amanda cruising down a busy sidewalk as revelers could be heard celebrating the holiday in the background. Amanda didn't say much in the video and appeared to be grasping the TikToker's arm as the two women made their way through the crowds.
People were concerned with Amanda's appearance and demeanor.
"Happy she's getting the help she needs," the TikTok user captioned the video. "She was sweet. Gave her some money and talked."
Worried fans filled the comments section to share their thoughts about what they saw in the video. "Aw, the way she's holding onto you," one person wrote.
"I'm going to cry," someone else chimed in.
The video was filmed shortly before Amanda called 911 for help.
In the early hours of Sunday morning, Amanda — who suffers from bipolar disorder — flagged down a passing motorist to ask for help. According to TMZ, the All That star was not wearing any clothes at the time and told the Good Samaritan that she was in the middle of a psychotic episode.
That must have been very scary for Amanda! Thank goodness the driver stopped to assist her.
Amanda was taken to the police station.
It sounds like law enforcement quickly brought in a mental health team who realized what was going on. Amanda was then placed on a 5150 psychiatric hold, TMZ reported, and she'll likely spend the next couple of days in the hospital as doctors work to figure out what caused her to have an episode after doing so well for years.

Our thoughts are with Amanda and her family.
It's clear that Amanda was in distress prior to Sunday. Her boyfriend has confirmed that she had stopped taking the medication which had kept her from having episodes like this, and there are reports she was living on the streets for days leading up to her 911 call.
We hope she's finally getting the help she needs and that she'll be back on track again soon. She has worked so hard to get to where she is that we hate to see something like this happen to her.
