Jim and Reese settled their divorce this week.

Earlier this week, TMZ was one of the first media outlets to report that Reese and Jim signed a marital dissolution agreement, along with a parenting plan for Tennessee, the 10-year-old son they share. And now, we have a few details about what that settlement entails.
Reese will not have to pay Jim alimony.
According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline, Reese has been able to escape making monthly payments of spousal support to her ex.
"Neither party shall pay any amount and/or form of alimony to the other. All alimony and spousal support claims are hereby forever waived by the parties," the documents said.
Their prenuptial agreement seems to be doing the heavy lifting here.

"Each party is awarded his or her clothing, jewelry and personal items," the documents went on to state. Jim and Reese will also keep their own separate bank accounts and cars, and Reese got to keep all of the household furniture, appliances, and art.
They will each handle their own debts as well.
Each of them seems to have a pretty healthy income.
The documents stated that both Jim and Reese independently earn more than $100K a month, so it seems like they'll both be doing just fine financially post-divorce — and Reese will continue to keep residuals from the projects she completed during their marriage.

The former couple announced their split in the spring.
In an Instagram post in March, which has since been deleted, Reese shared that she and Jim would be getting divorced.
"We have enjoyed so many wonderful years together and are moving forward with deep love, kindness, and mutual respect for everything we have created. Our biggest priority is our son and our entire family as we navigate this next chapter," the statement said.
Now that their divorce is final, it sounds like they will both be able to move forward as they continue to co-parent Tennessee.
