Jennifer shared that she's feeling 'grateful' as she turns 55.

Along with the poem and a heart and praise hands emojis, Jennifer wrote the word "grateful" on her birthday post. In return, several of her famous friends took the comments to share why they are grateful for her.

Rita Wilson commented "Beautiful Jen, bringer of love, light and joy. You have made the world a better place. We love you so much and are so grateful for you. Happy Birthday!"

Actress Nina Dobrev shared her love for Jen at all ages, writing, "Happy birthday Beautiful Jen at 24, at 14, at 36, 19, 41, 2 and beyond… hope you have an incredible day surrounded by love and laughter."

Jennifer also got love from one of her ex-husband's exes.

Jennifer was famously married to Brad Pitt, who was engaged to Gwyneth Paltrow prior to getting together with Jennifer. Given that potentially complicated history, some fans might have been surprised to see that Gwyneth was another celeb to sing Jen's birthday praises. She commented on Jen's Instagram post that she "Could not love you more" and added, "Happy happy, you gorgeous human being!"

Jennifer will also celebrate her birthday with a big Super Bowl commercial.

Jennifer's birthday happens to fall on Super Bowl Sunday, so she'll be getting well-wishes for her big day and making a splash with a funny Super Bowl commercial starring her and her Friends costar David Schwimmer. The commercial features an ongoing joke about people forgetting things, including names, and Schwimmer jokingly commented that he "Had so much fun making this with whatshername."

This marks her first birthday since the death of Matthew Perry.

Birthdays are always a milestone and, for Jennifer, this will be the first she celebrates since the untimely death of Matthew Perry. She paid tribute to him in November, sharing "Having to say goodbye to our Matty has been an insane wave of emotions that I’ve never experienced before. We all experience loss at some point in our lives. Loss of life or loss of love. Being able to really SIT in this grief allows you to feel the moments of joy and gratitude for having loved someone that deep. And we loved him deeply.

"He was such a part of our DNA. We were always the 6 of us," she continued. "This was a chosen family that forever changed the course of who we were and what our path was going to be. For Matty, he KNEW he loved to make people laugh. As he said himself, if he didn't hear the ‘laugh’ he thought he was going to die. His life literally depended on it.

"And boy did he succeed in doing just that. He made all of us laugh. And laugh hard," Jennifer added. "In the last couple weeks, I’ve been poring over our texts to one another. Laughing and crying then laughing again. I’ll keep them forever and ever."

Sadly, Matthew died at 54 years old, which makes Jen's 55th birthday milestone bittersweet.
