Kane Brown and his wife, Katelyn, are done having kids, and she made sure of it. The couple announced that they were expecting their third child together back in December — and as they shared shortly afterward, this baby will be their first boy. The pair, who married in 2018, are parents to two daughters, Kingsley Rose and Kody Jane. According to Kane, this baby was a total surprise, and to ensure that this kind of surprise doesn't happen again, his wife encouraged him to have a vasectomy – which turned out to be an experience he won't forget.

Kane didn't have much of a choice in the matter.
During a recent appearance on The Bobby Bones Show, the country singer shared his hilarious experience. "Kate got me neutered already," he explained before telling the story. He also mentioned that even though they had talked about him undergoing the procedure in the past, the thought of it made his "stomach turn."
But when his wife told him about her pregnancy, he was booked and the vasectomy was happening.
He will have a story to tell forever.
"They gave me gas, but I'm laying on my back and I have a nurse over me and a doctor and they're just talking about their day," he explained. "I'm not out of it at all, just sky high. And they're just having their conversation about their day. And you're just on the table, spread eagle.
"It was wild," he continued. "And then he said a joke about a guy coming in with three [testicles] and I was like, 'You can't tell me this while I'm high right now.' I was like, 'Are you serious?' and he said, 'Oh, yeah.'"
At that point, he said he couldn't help but laugh hysterically.

Kane was full of funny stories during the interview.
Kane also recounted the tale of how he found out Katelyn was pregnant this time around. He explained that he had boarded a private plane to go and play some golf when his wife called. "I think I'm pregnant," Katelyn said, just before the phone call dropped.
His plane ride was full of anxiety as he waited.
He realized that things happen for a reason.
"So on the whole flight down, I’m like, ‘Oh my God, like, what’s going on? … I hope that she’s wrong," he said on the podcast. But he shared that when he landed they spoke again, and that's when he found out that she was, in fact, pregnant.
He admitted that he is "overwhelmed" by the idea of a third child, but now, he feels it's all part of the plan.
Their family will be complete.
He shared, "We had two girls. We weren't trying this time. My game, if you know what I'm talking about, is strong. Turns out it was a boy."
The couple announced that they were having a son in January with a sweet video. They each used a champagne flute to cut into a cake and discovered that it was blue inside. How exciting!
