Husband Purposely Ruins Wife’s Birthday Dinner With a Prank

It’s one thing to prank your spouse, but it’s another thing entirely to do it on their birthday and then share that video online for the world to see. Still, that’s what one husband did on TikTok. The user, whose name is Daniel Pushamo, shared a video where he “pranks” his wife by using a spoon to ruin her birthday dessert dish at a restaurant.

The wife’s look of disappointment and sadness was enough to make the internet go to bat for her in the comments. Later, her husband shared more videos with her but did not share any regrets about totally ruining the birthday dessert message his wife got at a restaurant.

Although some TikTokers don’t understand why his wife is still even with him, others continue to urge her to leave him. But, for the most part, Daniel seems pretty unfazed.

He thought he was funny with the ‘prank’ on his wife’s birthday.

In Daniel’s short TikTok video, he has text on the screen that reads “POV: Ruining my wives happy birthday plate.” He likely meant to write “wife’s,” but the typo remains on the post. In the video, which is taken from Daniel’s point of view, he reaches out with his spoon to scrape off the chocolate writing that says “Happy Birthday” from his wife’s plate just as she is taking a video of it with her phone.

She doesn’t say anything in response. Instead, she looks at her husband in disbelief and slowly sets down her phone. Then, the video ends. The joke was literally on Daniel, however. Although he posted the video, presumably to get laughs from other people amid what he called his prank on his wife, they came for him in the comments with their pitchforks ready.

“Can we skip to the part where she divorces you?” one of the top comments reads.

Another commenter wrote, “It’s not a prank. He wanted to ruin her birthday and he succeeded in doing that. This woman is married with a man that secretly hates her.”

Someone else who commented wrote that, judging by the wife’s expression, she is simply “done” and “defeated” when it comes to her marriage. Because the wife is in more videos posted after the birthday “prank,” it doesn’t seem like the pair is head for divorce. But for some of the people in the comment section, they can certainly dream.

“Doing toxic things to get her attention is a sign of trouble and hatred in the marriage,” one commenter pointed out. “She must file for divorce as in yesterday. The sadness in her eyes.”

“For the next prank, sign the divorce papers,” someone else joked.

Afterward, when TikToker Daniel shared another video, this time of him and his wife smiling in their car, he wrote in the caption, “We still good this side of town.”

In the comments under yet another video, this time where Daniel wrote in the caption about “Damage Control,” someone commented that the couple actually planned the post as a joke together.

Whatever the case may be, though, literally no one is laughing.
