Out of the Mouths of Babes, a Kid Podcaster Calls Trump a ‘Lowlife Scumbag’

As a parent, you teach your kids not to hate anyone, even if they accidentally hear you share your own unfiltered thoughts on certain politicians at times. Still, there is a need for wanting your kids to have more hope. They are, after all, the future, right? But sometimes, there is a little trickle down effect that some parents deal with whether they love or hate a sitting president, and one kid on a kid-run podcast shared his own raw thoughts on Donald Trump in a clip on TikTok.

The two hosts of the Raising Dad podcast, Rory and David, share their thoughts on Trump in the clip. When David says he doesn’t want to say anything to upset his mother, Rory urges him to speak his truth. Then he says what he thinks of Trump. Whether he learned what to believe from his parents or he makes his own opinions up when it comes to politics, fans are here for Rory’s take on Trump.

The kid podcaster is brutally honest about Trump.

Rory, with a Bass Pro Shop trucker hat and mullet that might say otherwise about his political beliefs, says in the clip that Trump is a “lowlife scumbag.” He also says that Trump “shouldn’t be president.” To take it a step further, he adds that Trump got most of his power by “backstabbing” and that his power is not really “valid.”

The boys who lead the Raiding Dad podcast typically say what’s on their mind, but in a way that you would expect from most preteen boys. That’s what makes it so authentic to listeners and to fans on TikTok. The conversation about Trump is no different, especially with Rory’s unfiltered thoughts regarding the president.

Most of the fans in the comments under the TikTok clip praised Rory for sharing his thoughts so openly.

“Who’s raising these amazing children?” One user commented.

Someone else, who clearly does not support Trump, added, “Even a kid can see it. I’ll never understand the appeal.”

Others shared their relief that the next generation of voters understands politics in a way that today’s adults might not have at the same age.

“Thank goodness the young know what’s what,” a user commented on the TikTok.

Another pointed out, “Bro these kids know more than half the adults in this country.”

In another video, Rory weighs in on the tariffs set forth by Trump. How this kid gets it in a way that I still struggle to understand it all baffles me. But if this is also a representation of an informed generation in the future, then I am all for it.

In this TikTok, Rory points out the increase in prices on simple things like candy and how he sees it himself. It might not be the biggest issue in the grand scheme of things, but these kids are seeing the changes they don’t want.
