What to Know
One of Disneyland’s most talked about character performers no longer works at the theme park. Over the past several years, the Evil Queen’s witty comebacks and humorous interactions with guests have gone viral on social media as she tried to keep her identity a secret. Now that she’s no longer employed at Disneyland, she’s publicly speaking up about her role for the first time.
In a video shared in December 2025, TikTok creator Sabrina Von B. revealed that she portrayed the Evil Queen at Disneyland. During a recent interview with People, she confirmed that she no longer works for the theme park, but had lots of positive things to say about the experience.
She portrayed the Evil Queen for eight years.
Sabrina’s portrayal of the Evil Queen often went viral because of her overly confident remarks, like when she would say her beauty was “all natural” and act like she knew just how beautiful she was. The 27-year-old, who started portraying the character at age 18, told People that she tried to “put a more comical spin on it and create joy for people and make people smile, all while being a villain,” rather than just being straight up evil.
When she shared short clips of her interactions with guests on TikTok, one fan commented, “You called me garbage once and it was probably the best day of my life. Thank you for acknowledging I exist my queen!” Another person wrote, “The Queen said my happiness was nauseating and I was beyond honored !!!” Others told her she was actually the “main attraction” at the theme park.

She changed people’s perception of the character.
The Evil Queen is maybe not the most popular Disney character. But after interacting with Sabrina at Disneyland, people’s perspectives shifted. “I read a lot of comments about people saying they would’ve never loved this character, but now it is their favorite character,” she told People.
She added, “I don’t take it lightly that these experiences that I created for people are stories and things that they will take with them, for years to come, and hopefully make them like villains more and get on the side of villains and not just be scared of them.”
She described the experience as “surreal.”
Prior to her exit from Disneyland, people tried to figure out who she was, which put her in a difficult position. “It is scary because Disney wants to protect the magic, and I’ll say that I protected the magic all the way until the end, and I never came out publicly and said like, ‘This is me,’ or anything until they ultimately let me go,” she explained. “That’s when I spoke out publicly on it.”
Since coming out publicly, Sabrina’s TikTok page has been flooded with comments from people who still remember meeting her at Disneyland. “You are my daughter’s favorite memory from our last trip!” one parent wrote. Another person said, “You literally made my first trip so magical!”
And several people pointed out that it might be difficult for Disneyland to find a replacement. “no disrespect to the other performers, but after you, that character is going to be very hard to top,” someone else commented. “You didn’t just portray the Evil Queen, you embodied her.👑💜🖤”
