Daughter Goes Viral After Revealing Mom’s High School Crush

While a lot of old yearbooks may be tucked away somewhere collecting dust, one has gone viral on TikTok. Thanks to a daughter who looked through her mom’s old yearbook from 1982, everyone knows who her mom was crushing on in high school all those years ago. On February 1, TikTok user @calikatcauseschaos decided to showcase some slightly embarrassing notes her mom scribbled in her yearbook back in high school, and people can’t decide whether it was adorable or diabolical. (Some moms decided they definitely need to keep their yearbooks away from their kids after seeing this video).

Because now the internet knows that this particular mom thought two of her classmates were “total foxes” and that she secretly professed her love for one boy who attended her school.

She was clearly crushing on Kevin and Mike.

The TikToker showcased her mom’s yearbook in the video. Next to the name “Kevin O’Mara,” the mom wrote “total babe” and “fox.” The TikToker said, “If you’re total babe fox Kevin O’Mara, please contact my mother. She’s single.”

She also revealed her mom’s message for her other crush, “total fox Mike Raster.” Back in high school, the mom wrote, “I love you, Mike Raster” in the yearbook, likely thinking that no one else would ever see it. Little did she know that her yearbook pages would one day have more than seven million views on TikTok.

And one of the men’s kids appeared in the comments.

“if Kevin or Mike are your dad, I’m sorry,” the TikToker captioned the post. But based on the comments, Mike’s kids did not appear to be offended. Several of his kids identified him in the comments, and people could immediately understand why the TikToker’s mom thought he was a “total fox.” In the comments, one person wrote, “Based on his kids comments he seems like a nice guy. No wonder he was total fox.”

One of Mike’s kids shared a more recent photo of him and wrote, “THATS MY DAD!!!!! MY FATHER!!!! He loves his dog and 6 children 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻😭😭😭😭🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻” Another person wrote, “MIKE RASTER IS MY DAD I AM DYING”

And with all the negative content you normally see online, people really loved to see people from high school sort of reconnect in this way. “Mike Raster’s kids in the comments is so freaking wholesome,” someone else wrote. And another person added, “Dear Mike Raster, after reading your kids’ comments, I think we all love you 😂”

It also reminded people of why yearbooks can be so special.

After seeing the viral video, one person concluded, “This is why it’s essential to have yearbooks.” And others couldn’t get over the fact that the TikToker’s mom described boys at her school as “total foxes.” Someone else said, “kids need to bring back ‘total fox.'”

At the same time, other parents saw the video as a sign that they should maybe hide their old yearbooks from their kids. One person wrote, “Note to self: Go throw away those old yearbooks before my daughter destroys me😂”
