The thing about longtime rapper, Snoop Dogg, is that you never quite know what you’re going to get. With decades in the music industry, he’s just always full of surprises. The fifty-four-year-old recently shocked his audience and people who took in this part of the performance on socials when he brought a little girl up on stage to do some dancing to one of his hit songs at the same time as an exotic dancer was up there doing her thing. Awkward and inappropriate much?

There are some things that are kind of inevitable at a Snoop Dogg concert. Besides smelling a certain smell in the air from your fellow concert goers, you might just catch some dancing up on stage as well.
An individual with the handle @Tarabull posted a video on X showcasing a peculiar moment from a Snoop Dogg concert at Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Morrison, Colorado, on April 20, 2026. Her caption explained in part what was happening on stage at that moment: “Snoop brought a little girl on stage to perform with him at Red Rocks.”
The thing that X user left out of her description was while the little girl was dancing away to what sounded like Snoop’s hit song, “Drop It Like Its Hot,” there was also a woman on the side of the stage, not too far away from the young girl, dancing on a pole wearing minimal clothing.
Yeah, the entire video is just oozing with inappropriateness.
People are seriously wondering what the parents of this child were thinking to allow this.
Funnily enough, a fair amount of people in the X comments don’t seem to be blaming the rapper for the tasteless behavior happening on stage. They’re turning their attention to the parents of the little girl who brought her to a Snoop Dogg show in the first place.
One person on X shared their thoughts, “People mad with the performer but NOT the parents who got their child at a Snoop show with a stripper on the stage. Whether child was on stage or in crowd, [what] would be the difference? This is the PARENTS fault. Leave Uncle Snoop alone.” Surely the parents are the ones who are fully responsible for bringing their child to something like this.
Another individual in the X comments said, “Bad parenting on full display. Why bring a child on stage next to that?” Another person was in full agreement. “My question is why was the child at this concert and where are here parents. Her parents are the ones you should be talking to because they let her go on stage,” they wrote.
We are curious why the parents thought this was a good decision on their part.
Some folks in the comments are wondering what people really expect from Snoop, seeing as he’s not always on the right side of things.
There are some people in the comments who can’t help but note that this type of thing wouldn’t have been allowed if Snoop didn’t approve.
One person in this Reddit thread called Snoop out after someone in the thread said that the rapper “did his best” to protect the child from what was happening on stage. “Did his best? I mean, he could’ve easily just told the kid and the parents she cant be there. Promoting this and letting them on stage is just gonna make more parents think this is acceptable,” they wrote. This is a very valid point.
There are a few people in the comments of this Instagram post who are equating it to his poor decision making skills when the rapper took the time to perform at an event celebrating Donald Trump’s inauguration in January 2025. One individual in the Instagram comments shared, “He’s a trump supporter why are we surprised?” Another person on Instagram just left things at this by commenting, “MAGA love the kids….” Yikes.
