The E! reality show Botched is hugely popular, no doubt in large part because of its sheer shock factor. Starring surgeons Dr. Paul Nassif of Beverly Hills and Dr. Terry Dubrow of Newport Beach, California, the series — which has been on the air since 2014 — follows the two as they treat patients who have experienced plastic surgery disasters. The show has a cult following of folks who can't get enough of the too-awful-to-look-away cases — and we have to admit, it's totally addictive.
Dr. Nassif and Dr. Dubrow welcome patients who for various reasons had awful plastic surgery experiences, often deforming them in some shape or form, and then they perform a series of pricey corrective procedures to help their patients aesthetically, physically, and often emotionally as well. Many of the transformations they facilitate are absolutely unbelievable. We're talking miraculous-looking changes.

Botched Bikini Bod
Botched patient Desiree had a tummy tuck performed in Mexico that went horribly wrong. Plastic surgeries in countries outside of the US can often be a fraction of the cost, but sometimes come at a scary price. Desiree's tummy tuck left her abdomen totally misshapen. The skilled Botched surgeons smoothed everything out and got her bikini ready again.
Tummy Tuck Infection
Christina had a tummy tuck that left her with crimped skin arcing across the bottom of her belly. The doctors described it as looking like "the crust on an apple pie," but it wasn't until Christina began to notice green and yellow discharge that she reached out to the Botched duo. This poor patient had a butt implant procedure that was done improperly. The previous surgeon used breast implants to enhance the woman's butt, and it ended up looking terribly wrong. The Botched pair corrected that surgery by completely removing those implants, and the patient chose not to have them replaced at the time.
'Botched' Celebrity
Celebrity client Janice Dickinson, who is perhaps best known for her stint as a judge on America's Next Top Model and for calling herself "the world's first supermodel," turned to the Dr. Nassif and Dr. Dubrow to fix her breast implants. She didn't so much have a bad surgery, but her implants were three decades old and worse for the wear.
New Natural Nose
This patient's nose had suffered in appearance from undergoing too much alteration. It looked completely unnatural and almost skeletal. He was practically the poster child for a bad nose job. The Botched doctors were able to reshape his nearly nonexistent nose and create a much more natural appearance for him.
Surgery Gone South
This patient had a breast augmentation surgery during which the implants were improperly placed, and she ended up with unnatural-looking, misshapen breasts and nipples that pointed directly to the ground. This poor patient basically needed the doctors to create a nose for her. She had almost nothing left, and somehow the Botched miracle workers were able to build her an adorable nose. This woman's tummy tuck went terribly wrong when after the surgery, she developed a multi-lobed bulge below her belly button, creating a bumpy appearance. The Botched doctors re-did the procedure and smoothed everything out for her, helping her achieve a smooth and normal look to her abdomen.
Gnarly Nose
The Botched doctors once had a patient who came in with a nose that was basically butchered and appeared to be missing chunks of flesh. While they weren't able to completely change the appearance, they did achieve a drastic improvement. Her nose was almost entirely rebuilt, and she looked great afterward.

This gorgeous patient, Jodi, had undergone a staggering 12 breast augmentation surgeries, most in an attempt to correct the first failed procedure. She was left with empty sacks of skin and at one point a hole in her chest. The Botched doctors performed a dramatic surgery that completely transformed Jodi's appearance. She looked so natural and confident afterwards!

A failed lap band weight loss surgery left Daniella Milian, the sister of entertainer Christina Milian, with a scarred and misshapen belly. Life-Altering Reconstruction
Sometimes the Botched surgeons see patients with physical deformities through no fault of their own. Koffa suffers from an autoimmune disorder called sarcoidosis that dramatically altered her facial appearance to the point that her facial muscles were visible through her skin. She also suffered from a botched breast augmentation. The doctors were able to completely reconstruct her face and fix her implants in an incredible double transformation.
Total Overhaul
Transgender porn star Kimber James turned to Botched after having two dozen plastic surgeries performed elsewhere, with complaints about the results of several of them. She was primarily unhappy with her breasts, nose, and vagina, and the Botched doctors were able to drastically improve her appearance in all three areas. "I feel like myself again. I don't feel like a character anymore!" Kimber said on the show.
Accidents Happen
A couple of years ago, Dr. Nassif saw a patient whose dog had literally bitten his nose off! Afterwards, he had a crooked nose bridge and a nostril that looked totally collapsed. Dr. Nassif was able to completely reconstruct his nose and did such a good job that no one would ever know about the traumatic incident by looking at him.

Andrea from Texas was in a serious car crash, during which she was ejected from her vehicle. Her face was completely destroyed (she described it as having been "filleted"). She had multiple reconstructive surgeries before seeing the Botched doctors, but she was still uncomfortable with her appearance. This aspiring actress was devastated when as a young woman she was in a car accident that destroyed the shape of her nose. She had six nose jobs to try to repair the damage, but ended up worse off than she started, with a nose that she described as a "Michael Jackson" nose. It was a difficult surgery, but Dr. Nassif was able to add some volume and a softer shape to her nose, helping it to look much more natural.
Boobs in the Beginning
The first patient on Botched was easily one of the most dramatic transformations. Alicia had previously had a horrible breast augmentation that left her with a hard and uncomfortable uniboob. It took two surgeries, but the doctors were still able to create a much more natural look for Alicia by removing her old implants, reconstructing the muscle and skin, and then inserting new, much smaller implants.
Not so Nose-y
Katie had a nose job that was way overdone, leaving her with distorted nostrils and a bumpy tip to her nose that she was very unhappy with. In a dramatic surgery, Dr. Nassif skillfully reshaped her nose to create a much more natural appearance. He actually had to make it bigger! Her results were so good, she came out looking just like her sister.
