There's no arguing that the Kardashians have built an empire, but they didn't do it alone. They have many other people on their team helping them make it all happen — and apparently, one late-night host is joining it. James Corden acted as the Kardashians' personal assistant for his show, and let's just say it didn't go quite as you might predict.

James took on the role on Tuesday night's episode.
His new gig was for a segment of The Late Late Show with James Corden called "Take a Break," and he hit the ground running at Kris Jenner's house to get started.
He made her a morning shake after her workout, which Kris declared was "f—ing vile," so he wasn't exactly off to a good start.
His next boss was Kim.
He drove her to run some errands, and they talked about when Kim was in James' shoes, working as a personal assistant to Paris Hilton.
"She would have diamond necklaces, like, shoved in a drawer and she wouldn’t even know … and she would always have a change of clothes in her purse," Kim said.
He then helped Kim with her gas station purchases and even acted as her security guard. He's taking this seriously!

At one point, he even ate salad with Khloé.
And yes, we are talking about the famous salads that the family is constantly eating on The Kardashians that come in giant clear plastic containers.
(This was after he got caught showering at Kylie Jenner's office, mortifying Kris in the process.)
He ended the day with Kris.
In Kris' office at the end of the day, James made a phone call for her, even performing the hold music himself, which Kris couldn't help but laugh at. But unfortunately, his ideas for new projects, like Kardashian Ham (which is exactly what it sounded like) didn't go over very well.
It appears James is glad this is not his regular job.
The Kardashians' actual personal assistants work hard for the money — and let's be real, they're a bit more qualified than James!
We know Kris must have appreciated the silence in her office a bit more after this experience, as funny as James is.
