Kanye West Reportedly Hired ‘Fixer’ To Follow Bianca Censori & Investigate Kardashian Family

A former staff member of Kanye West has filed a lawsuit against the rapper. On Thursday, October 10, 2024, the former staffer filed the paperwork, which included claims that the 47-year-old Ye hired a “fixer” to follow his wife, Bianca Censori, and to investigate the family of his ex, Kim Kardashian.

Filing as a John Doe from Michigan, the former staff member was initially hired as Ye’s campaign manager when he was considering another presidential run in December 2022. His role reportedly later changed to “Director of Intelligence” when the rapper “ramped up” his political efforts.

The private investigator was hired to follow Bianca while she was abroad.

The former staff member claims that Ye gave him instructions to hire private investigators to “tail” 29-year-old Bianca while she was abroad. The lawsuit also claims that Ye used excessive amounts of nitrous oxide, which led to “erratic behavior” at times. The 22-page lawsuit also claims that the fixer’s job was to “limit West’s risks and bad press.”

The John Doe described more of Ye's 'erratic behavior.'

The former employee said that in May, Ye’s “erratic behavior” included buying $850,000 worth of a set of titanium teeth and firing a “large majority of the Yeezy leadership — including former chief of staff Milo Yiannopoulos — who has also accused West of being hooked on nitrous oxide.”

John Doe was no longer employed with the rapper by mid-May.

The lawsuit says that the former staff member’s employment ended in mid-May after receiving a call from a Donda Academy teacher “regarding safety concerns they had about some of the students.” Upon informing leadership about the call, John Doe “almost immediately” heard from the rapper who “called Doe to yell, curse and threaten Doe with great bodily injury, including death, if Doe repeated what Doe learned from the Donda employee.”

He says that in the following days, Ye’s “enforcers” threatened him, which triggered his PTSD from past military experience. “[Doe] experienced panic attacks, anxiety, and severe emotional distress, which caused him to seek medical treatment and was placed in a facility to address his declining mental health.”

He is suing for emotional stress, among other things.

The former employee is suing Ye for emotional distress, retaliation, and several violations of California labor codes. He is seeking restitution of unpaid wages, attorneys’ fees, and general and punitive damages to be determined at trial, according to the Daily Mail.

“My client believes there is a direct correlation between the nitrous oxide and the increase in paranoia and siege mentality that ended up happening in that timeframe that Doe worked for West,” his attorney, Ronald Zambrano, said. “There were internal concerns about the amount of nitrous oxide that was being delivered to his house.”
