Plenty of parents out there hope their children will grow up to follow in their footsteps, but Paris Hilton is not one of them, according to what she said in a new interview. In fact, when she was asked if she wants kids London and Phoenix to be famous like her someday, she replied "I hope not," and after everything she's been through whlie living in the spotlight, she has a few good reasons why.

Paris shared her true feelings on the subject this week.
When E! News asked her if she wants London and Phoenix to be famous someday — for reasons aside from being Paris Hilton's children — the answer was a big no.
"I hope that they're not," she said. "It's a lot."
She said that being in the spotlight requires people to be 'very strong.'
"You need to be very strong," Paris continued. "I am very strong and I know I'm going to raise them to be, but I just hope that they do what they want to do."
That makes sense — and as we've seen over the years, Paris hasn't always had the easiest time when it comes to the rumor mill and the way she's spoken about in the media.
Paris also shared a sweet update on London and Phoenix.
She said that it's "so cute" to watch Phoenix and London's bond growing, even though they're both under the age of 2.
"Phoenix is already so protective with her, and he'll just lay next to her and rub her head and kiss her forehead," she said. "He's just so gentle. It's the cutest thing. It melts my heart every day."

Now that she's had some experience being a mom, she genuinely believes she can 'do it all.'
"I feel that moms are superheroes already and I've always been a person who doesn't like to live inside of a box," she said. "I like to do it all and I have so many aspirations in life. I love to be creative, I love to make music. I love being a businesswoman and being a mom is my favorite part."
London and Phoenix have a long time before they have to start thinking about potential careers.
Whether they decide to go into the entertainment industry or do something much more low-key, it seems their mom has their back. After all, if they do end up becoming celebrities in their own right, who is a better person to turn to for advice than Paris Hilton?
