As preparations continue to be well underway for King Charles' coronation, we're learning more about who will join the king and Queen Consort Camilla in the spotlight on the big day. One thing we know for sure: There are at least two royals who won't be asked to stand center stage as the king gets his crown.

The event will feature all of the most senior working members of the family.
Some of the names being leaked ahead of the event don't come as a surprise at all, such as Prince William and his wife, Kate. Now, according to the Express, we know that the pair's three kids — Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis — also will take part in the historic day.
Many royal experts assumed George would attend because of his position in the line of succession, however, many assumed the other two would watch from home due to the high-profile (and high-stress) nature of the event. But now it sounds like they'll all be there in person to watch their grandfather be crowned.
Charles also will invite his brothers and sister to join him.
It sounds like Prince Edward and Princess Anne also will nab an invite (as will their spouses).
Scandal-ridden Prince Andrew's role in the day remains a little muddied. Although it sounds like he will be asked to attend, it's unlikely he'll be permitted to wear his military uniform or to join the family on the balcony — and it appears Andrew's two daughters also will be left out in the cold.

Fifteen royals will get the honor of taking part in a procession.
There are a few top royals who can expect some extra time in the spotlight after being asked to take part in a procession as the king and his wife travel to Westminster Abbey.
In addition to those two, royal watchers can expect to see the familiar faces of William, Kate, and their three kids; Princess Anne and her husband; and Prince Edward and his wife.
Additionally, the late Queen's cousins the Duke and Duchess of Gloucester, the Duke of Kent, and his sister Princess Alexandra will be making the exciting trek.
The coronation also is going to serve as the launch for one of the king's big initiatives.
Following Charles' May 6 coronation, the UK will celebrate the Big Help Out on May 8. The palace hopes to use the momentum of the excitement over the UK's new monarch to inspire residents to volunteer.
Because Monday is a bank holiday, many people should have the day off, making it the perfect time for them to roll up their sleeves and to begin helping out in their communities.
There are still plenty of unknowns about the May 6 celebration.
With just two months to go, it makes sense that the palace is already confirming a lot of the details for the big day. But there are a few names that remain big question marks on the guest list.
Even though Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have received their coronation invitations, it's unknown yet whether they'll attend the event. We can't be the only ones who are very curious about how these two will RSVP. Until then, we're just happy to start getting some of the bigger details about how the event will go down.
