We're impressed by a lot of celebrity real estate, but honestly, the house that actress Sharon Stone once lived in is putting almost all others to shame. And of course, the word "house" is being used lightly here — because if this isn't a mansion, we don't know what is. As TopTenRealEstateDeals.com reported, Sharon originally bought the home in 1998, when she was married to journalist Phil Bronstein. She hasn't lived there since 2005, after their divorce, and now the gorgeous residence is back on the market.
Featuring seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms, the home has a major claim to fame: It was the first built in the coastal California community of Sea Cliff and dates back to 1908. Knowing that, it also makes sense that, at $39 million, it's the most expensive listing on the market in the Bay Area right now. After all, it does come with a lot of history! And it doesn't hurt that it boasts beautiful views of the Golden Gate Bridge and the ocean, as well as security and surround-sound systems.

The View From Above
This bird's-eye view of Sharon's former house shows how impressive the property truly is. Not only can we see the lush greenery it's surrounded by, but that view of the ocean simply can't be matched. Who doesn't want to walk out of their house and right onto the beach?
Impressive Architecture
The Sea Cliff home is U-shaped, which allows for an interesting design, both inside and out. Outside, that means that it comes with this lovely cloistered courtyard, which looks perfect for relaxing or entertaining guests — and it's the ideal place to curl up with a book in the afternoon.
An Idyllic Staircase
With a house so close to the water, of course it has beach access. In the back of the house, we can see a wooden staircase that will allow the new residents to hit the sand whenever they want — no traveling required. This photo really shows exactly how close the mansion is to the shore.
Dark Wood Interiors
Is this the inside of a house or a museum? The dark wood interiors and parquet floors really add to the rich history of this house, which is more than 100 years old. And don't think we didn't notice that bright turquoise statement door!
An Open Living Room
Talk about a gathering place. The living room is giving off major cozy vibes, especially with that fireplace (and those incredible views). It can get cold this close to the ocean, so this looks like the perfect place to warm up after an evening walk on the beach.
Views for Days
Wait — is this a house by the beach or a cruise ship window? It's hard to imagine a better place to sit and read — or simply stare out the window and daydream. Having views like this would make it hard to want to leave the house (or get anything done).
The Dining Room
This is a perfect place to sit down and eat a meal — or, of course, host a dinner party so you can wow your guests with the killer view while they eat. There's another fireplace in here to add to the cozy vibes, with plenty of space for a nice big table.
A Welcoming Bedroom
This bedroom offers up a balcony (according to TopTenRealEstateDeals.com, multiple bedrooms in the home do), with double doors that swing open to allow you to sleep with fresh sea air coming in, if you so choose. It would be so nice to wake up here and watch the sun rise!
Balcony Views
Speaking of the home's many balconies, here's a closer look at what it would be like to spend time on one of them. This gorgeous view, with the iconic Golden Gate Bridge in the distance, is just as pretty as what the rest of the house has to offer, but would be the perfect place to unwind before heading to bed for the night.
A Dreamy Window
We truly can't overstate the views in this mansion. We imagine that whoever ends up buying the property will have them high on their list of things they love about the house. Is there any point in buying curtains? Who would ever want to close these windows?
