Sophie Turner Asks Fans To Delete Video of Daughter After Accidentally Posting It Online

Fans who were excited to see an early morning clip of Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner's daughter Willa were disappointed to find out that the share was actually a mistake. Joe and Sophie have been intensely private about their two daughters, and now Sophie is asking fans to please delete any screenshots or recordings they may have captured of the video to maintain that privacy.

Sophie shared the video to her story early this morning.

The mother of two happily shared a video of the 2-year-old, who appeared to be saying "good morning" to the camera. Unfortunately, Sophie quickly realized her mistake and took the video down, but not before many of her 14.2 million followers got their first glimpse of the little girl.

She made a statement about the mistake.

The new mom was clearly upset that she violated her daughter's privacy by sharing the content with her fans and immediately took action.

"We have always advocated for our kids' rights to privacy so sharing this publicly is something that is against anything I stand for," Sophie wrote in part, adding that anytime she shares anything identifiable about her children, it is a mistake.

The 27-year-old is also asking fans for help to keep the video from circulating.

There isn't much Sophie can do about the clip now that it has hit the internet, but she did try to get the word out about her error.

"I would greatly appreciate if anyone who has reposted on any other platform, please delete the video," her post continued.

We can't imagine how awful she feels, especially after she's been so vocal about how she wants her daughters to grow up privately.

In 2021 she put paparazzi on blast for trying to take photos of Willa.

The fiercely protective mama went off on those who had been hounding her family to try to snap a picture of her then 9-month-old. BuzzFeed reported that she recorded a video with the message at the time, which has since been deleted, and noted that the photos were sold before Sophie was even aware that they had been taken.

"I'm sickened, I'm disgusted, and I'm respectfully asking everyone to stop following us around and stop trying to take pictures of our daughter and especially printing them," she said at the time.

Her wishes are obviously pretty clear.

There is no doubt about how Sophie and Joe feel about having pictures and videos of their girls out there, so anyone who shares them at this point has to be doing it knowing that the parents don't want them to.

While Sophie has to be kicking herself for the mistake, we hope that she's not beating herself up too badly. She's worked so hard to give her girls privacy that we don't think this one little slipup will undo all her work.
