If you've been following along with Tori Spelling's ups and downs lately, you already know that she's been through the wringer when it comes to her housing situation — and apparently, the person who's supposed to be finding her a place to live isn't helping much. In a series of texts she shared on Instagram, Tori revealed her Realtor accidentally sent her a text that was about her, but meant for someone else. Isn't this everyone's worst nightmare?!

Lately, Tori's living situation has been in flux.
After news of her divorce from Dean McDermott became public, Tori has been spotted crashing with friends and staying at motels with her children.
The home that she and Dean had been renting was full of mold and had been making them sick, so they'd been looking for a new place to live, anyway … but now, it sounds like her search may have gotten a bit more complicated.
It all started with what Tori assumed was a random text.

As we can see in the screenshot she shared on her Instagram Stories (which has since expired but was captured by Buzzfeed), Tori's real estate agent sent a text that read "the latest bizarre inquiry."
Confused, Tori responded to let her agent know that she thought he had the wrong person, but he persisted.
"It is more for Karen. Tori Spelling has been asking for a 1 month rental. If you follow her story on TMZ it is all amusing," he wrote.
She named and shamed the Realtor on her Stories.
In fact, she even tagged Realtor Robert Vinson's Instagram account in the process.
"And this human is a father! I guess I hold out too much hope that people lead by kindness," she wrote. "My five kids are going through mold poisoning and we need a home, and this is how you treat people? Mocking their situation?"

Tori's Realtor has responded publicly to the incident.
In a statement to Page Six, Vinson said, "Celebrity impersonation is rabid in Hollywood. As a real estate broker, I have a fiduciary responsibility to be certain of the identity of the person we are dealing with."
He claimed that he didn't believe that Tori was really Tori, and claims that now, he is being "bombarded with vulgar messages" since she tagged him in her post.
He claims he texted Tori back, trying to make things right.
According to what Vinson told Page Six, he replied with this message to the mom of five: "I am sorry about the message. I was raised by a single mother and understand the challenges you are dealing with. When you did not call me I thought I was being spoofed by someone who was pretending to be you.'"
Hopefully, despite this awkward incident, Tori's able to find a place to live soon. It has to be stressful to be hopping from motel to motel with so many kids in tow!
