20 Autumn Instant Pot Breakfast Recipes

When it comes to fall flavors, nothing does us so right as the Instant Pot. Known for its ability to marry delicious ingredients in a short period of time, the Instant Pot is a handy tool to use for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Here, we're focusing on fall breakfasts — some of which are probably better for the weekend, but some would make for perfect, quick weekday breakfast meals. The recipes highlight the glory of fall flavors but done in a really easy, accessible way using inexpensive, delicious ingredients like canned pumpkin, fresh acorn squash, and sweet potatoes. Many of these recipes work well on their own, but would also be excellent as just as jumping-off point for a little creativity. For example, the stuffed sweet potatoes are super tasty, but imagine the possibilities for what else could go in there — add chili, and instead of breakfast, we have a great Instant Pot breakfast or lunch!
