Couples Pilates is the Ultimate.
For Valentine's Day, why not show some love while you work on your love handles?
If you're looking for something romantic to do, try working up a different kind of sweat with your sweetie. Sure, you can do it, eat way too much dinner and buy a sexy present (try a sex toy). But you can also work out, using each other bodies.
To come up with 5 Sexy Exercise Positions for Couples, I went to former professional dancers Kimberly and Katherine Corp, owners of the Pilates on Fifth studio in New York City. These identical twin sisters used to be Rockettes. And they currently keep their bodies flexible and in shape with Pilates. You and your sweetie can, too.
Kimberly says that working out with your SO keeps exercise fun, social and inspiring. Her advice is to laugh a lot and try not to compete with each other.
Doing the following 5 moves will teach you both strength and control–and you'll learn a lot more about each other's bodies. You'll need resistance bands for this workout, but luckily they're fairly cheap ($20 and under) and available at stores like Target and KMart.
Here's how to get physical.
