It's 2021, thank the heavens above! But things will take a bit longer to get back to normal. Homeschooling or virtual learning may still be in effect and moms getting me-time to themselves is still scarce. For mamas looking to still get it, though, and who love to get movement in, we have space-accommodating equipment that will give a home workout just as good as it would be at a gym.
These tools target all parts of the body and we have picks for everything from strength training to cardio. Weights are on this list (cute ones at that!) but we included some other pieces of at-home workout-friendly equipment to change things up — from sliding discs for floor ab moves to compact treadmills and different size stationary bikes. We've found something for every kind of workout to get moving, whether it's for 10 minutes or longer.
Mini Trampoline

Dreams of jumping on trampolines didn't have to wither away with our childhoods. Thanks to fun new workouts and mini trampolines, cardio on one of these can be both fun and ideal for at-home use. It doesn't take up much space and still will help mama work up a sweat.
Psst: If purchasing an item on this list, CafeMom may receive a small cut. Each item and price is up to date at the time of publication; however, an item may be sold out or the price may be different at a later date.
Treadmill

Treadmills are one of the most bulky but universal workout tools a person can get, but this one is a great work-around. It's a compact and foldable treadmill that doesn't take up much space to get in that run or walk — no gym or large equipment necessary.
Space-Saving Stationary Bike

Biking at the gym is what most of us are used to, but the stationary bikes there are quite bulky and take up space. But compact ones like this model from Sharper Image exist and allow for at-home stationary biking without all the extras or the big price tag of the brand-name bikes.
Workout Mirror

This workout mirror, aptly named Mirror, is an investment, but well-worth it. It's the future of workouts, espeically given the certain rise in at-home workouts and decline of group classes at gyms. Follow along with workouts on the mirror, which can also video in other people, too, for a group feel at home.
Pedal Exerciser

Biking is a great exercise, and if an even smaller bike tool is needed, say no more. Stick these biking pedals under a table or desk, or even couch, and get some movement in anywhere in the house.
Dumbbells

One can't go wrong bu having a set of dumbbells at home. They add extra weight to workouts to help amp up weight training or add some resistance to cardio. These are available at target and can be bought individually or as a pack with different size weights.
Pull-Up Bar

Pull-up bars aren't just for college kids. Pull-ups are a great upper-body exercise to strengthen the back and shoulders, and there are also exercises that work the core muscles. The coolest thing about this is that the bar can fit safely on any door frame.
Jump Rope

It's amazing how many childhood toys and games make for great workout equipment like this jump rope. Jumping is a great way to get cardio in with some structure. It forces jumping and core strength and can be done almost anywhere.
Pilates Wheel

Pilates doesn't have to be limited to the studio or simple floor exercises. Do Pilates at home with a Pilates wheel, which guides users through exercises to help lengthen and strengthen muscles. The basic pack comes with a wheel and two pull ropes.
Resistance Tubes

Resistance bands and tubes are some of the most versatile exercise tools. They create resistance to help build muscle for multiple parts of the body. Use them for the arms by putting the tube between a door (safely and securely) or use them for pushups or even over the lap for hip thrusts.
Glute Bands

For specific glute workout equipment, we highly recommend glute bands like these gorgeous ones from fitness influencer Suzie B of Suzie B Fitness. Wrap around the thighs during squats, lunges, or for clam shells or other glute moves.
Foam Roller

Foam rollers are an essential part of working out, and the best part is that they can be easily stored and used at home. They help message the muscles after a workout for a faster recovery.
Kettlebells

Kettlebells are classic pieces of exercise equipment that help work out several muscles, from using as weights during squats to doing kettlebell swings for core and upper-body work. They come individually or as a pack.
Luna Exercise Ball

Exercise balls have been around forever and they may seem simple (or like a toy to the kiddos) but they're incredibly useful. They can be used to work abs through fly crunches, for actual crunches, or they can be used as a desk chair to work the abs while working from home.
Strength Training Ball

The exercise ball is different from a strength training ball (yes there are a few balls that can be used in the fitness world). This ball from Nike is weighted and can be thrown up to strengthen arms, as well as many other exercises to strengthen and train the upper body, lower body, and core.
Core & Balance Trainer

Working on balance is working out and it all starts with core work. Practicing balance can be done with this stability ball which sits securely on the floor with the rounded part facing up to lean on for side planks. Flip it over to use it for instability during pushups as an added challenge.
Sliding Core Discs

Yes, these little core discs seem simple, and they're really inexpensive, but they will give an incredible core workout. Set them on the floor that is a slideable surface and place a leg on each. Slide the legs in and out to work the core.
Wearable Weights

Resistance helps build up muscle and improve strength. Add extra weight to arms or legs and workout or just walk around with these incredibly rad-looking wearable weights. Soon, carrying groceries or moving furniture around will be a breeze.
Yoga Block

Yoga is a discipline that so many people adore, and it's one of the simplest workouts to do at home, or anywhere. Yoga blocks help with support and alignment during certain poses and make the practice easier on the body. These come in several colors.
