Let's face it, beauty disasters are a guilty pleasure for all of us. We replay the mishaps over and over again, hunched over in laughter, trying to figure out how it all went so horribly wrong. Tori Locklear had one of those YouTube beauty flubs go viral, and we haven't forgotten it since. In 2013, in the early days of beauty tutorials, Locklear found herself gaining rapid popularity after a curling wand tutorial went south.
And though it's been a while since we've heard from her, now she's making a comeback, and it's with one of the largest hair care brands in the world.
Who could ever forget Tori Locklear?

The then 13-year-old internet sensation rose to 15-minute stardom for burning her hair off in a wand curling tutorial gone terribly wrong. The seemingly harmless video took a quick left when Locklear left the curling iron on a little too long at a little too high of a temperature.
Social media couldn't get enough of the epic fail.
The original video has 5 million YouTube views alone and a whopping 52 million views worldwide, making it one of the most-viewed beauty tutorials ever. Who can forget those hilariously confused words, "My hair just burnt off?"
Her hair disaster even made its way to Ellen.
"I posted it on Facebook, and I wasn't supposed to have a Facebook, so I got grounded," Locklear said just months after the mishap occurred. She blamed the accident on a possible short in the curling wand and said she couldn't smell her hair burning during the 20 seconds.
Now, more than five years and some hair regrowth later, Locklear is back with a major brand partnership.
Hair powerhouse brand Pantene has recruited Locklear to be a spokesperson for its recently released Rescue Shots. Given her rather treacherous past with hair care, there's really no better product for her to model to the world.
The hair serum "shots," which have been a best seller in Brazil for years, finally made its way to the U.S. earlier this year.
The treatment has been the highest seller for the brand since its Brazilian release in 2008. Essentially a hair mask in small shot form, they contain Pantene's highest level of strengthening lipids that provide rapid relief for heat-styled and color-processed hair.
The results of the new campaign are so great, they almost make you forget about her major beauty flub all those years back.

OK, maybe not that much, but her results after using the treatment are nothing short of amazing. After applying the product in the shower and leaving it on for about a minute, healthy, bouncy, and shining hair appeared.
In the ad, she even gives the curling wand one last chance to show off the shot's heat-protecting capabilities.

The results are a complete 180 from the image glued into our minds from Locklear's first tutorial. Let's just say increased skill and amazing Pantene product have sure done her well.
And one thing that's for sure: If a product can bring hair back to life after a major burn like Locklear's, it must be the real deal.

The product serves as both a recovery and a preventive product that makes sure your hair grows healthy and stays healthy. Don't let the small packaging fool you, this mighty treatment is a rescue staple for all kinds of hair textures.
