Dad Begs TikTok for Help After His 5-Year-Old Son Was Brutally Attacked at School

A Pennsylvania father wants answers after he says his 5-year-old son ended up in the emergency room following a physical attack by another student. Stephen Callahan took to TikTok to share his story after he says a fourth grader at Keystone Elementary in Bristol Township attacked his kindergartner, Grayson.

Grayson reportedly wound up with injuries to his face and mouth, and his dad says the school is to blame.

Callahan posted a video on his TikTok page, @jawnski215, on May 17, which has amassed a whopping 6.6 million views. The frustrated father says Grayson was hurt because a teacher’s aide was negligent. After his video went viral, he posted a concerning update alleging this wasn’t the first time a child had been hurt at Keystone.

Callahan was told Grayson was in an accident.

@jawnski215 I hope the right people see this and spread the awareness needed to do right by son. Shame on you. #fyp #parentsoftiktok #foryou #jawnski215 #foryou #pleasehelp #foryoupage #awareness #fypツ #keystoneelementary ♬ original sound - Jawnski

According to Callahan, his wife received a call around noon May 16 from the school saying Grayson had been in an accident and that they needed to come and take him to the hospital. When Callahan arrived at the school, he said everyone continued to call his son’s injuries an accident.

Still, when Callahan asked what happened, they reportedly said they couldn’t tell him until they reviewed surveillance video. Although he was concerned about the truth, at that point, he was focused on getting Grayson the medical care that he needed.

The principal allegedly had a different story.

Callahan goes on to explain that the principal allegedly said that what happened to his son was not an accident but that he was hurt by a fourth-grade student from a special needs program.

The incident reportedly occurred because the teacher’s aide wasn’t paying attention. Callahan claims he asked to see the surveillance footage from the school, but no one will let him view it.

“No matter how many times I’m telling them that his doctor wants to see it, the hospital wants to see it because they have to decide whether they have to do a CAT scan on his head," he explains in the TikTok. "They don’t want to expose him to radiation if he doesn’t need it. But we really don’t even know whether he needs it or he doesn’t.”

Callahan is furious.

He wants the school to take responsibility for what happened to Grayson, which he says isn’t happening. In a follow-up video, he claims this isn’t the first time something like this has happened at Keystone, and his son is not the only child who has been hurt by this fourth grader.

“Apparently, you, the same child, attacked another student a month ago and have done this three or four times over the last three years,” he alleges.

He then asks the district point blank, “Please, explain to me why the money and funding you guys get for these children was more important than my son’s safety. I’m sorry if this is harsh, but I can’t come up with another reason why you would keep a kid, who is prone to violence, in school with other children and let them be around kindergarteners unattended.”

The comment section appeared to agree with the father.

According to this TikToker, the school has faced issues in the past: “Ok who agrees with me that the Keystone elementary needs to be shut down permanently that place seems to be unfit for other children for safety reasons?"

And this person wants justice, commenting, “this hurts my soul. please lawyer up asap, and get the police involved to get that footage and press all chargers against the school that you can. his parents can be held accountable.”

The incident is apparently under investigation.

According to NBC 10, the Bristol Township School District confirmed a kindergartner was injured by a fourth grade student from the special education program run by the Bucks County Intermediate Unit and not district employees. The news station reported the district is investigating the matter.
