Police in two Arizona cities are investigating incidents connected to each other. Andrea Davis, a mom of two, arrived at a sports bar with one intention: to harm both her husband, and the woman he was allegedly with. Davis and her husband were having marital problems, and it seems the weight of dealing with that and raising two young children made her snap. Shortly after she failed at causing her husband any major physical damage, she took another route.
Davis decided to make her young children and herself the victims. No one currently knows why she chose to kill them before killing herself, but police are hopefully going to find out.
She confronted her husband in the early morning hours.

The incident began shortly after midnight on May 25, 2026, at Tailgaters Sports Bar & Grill in Glendale, KTAR reported. Glendale Police Department officers were called to the sports bar by a man who told them his wife showed up and began shooting at him. She then left in a gray SUV.
The wife was identified as 38-year-old Andrea Clarice Davis by the Phoenix Police Department, the outlet reported.
Her husband wasn’t injured, but a woman at the scene was shot in the back of the head, police said, per KTAR. She was taken to the hospital but is expected to survive.
According to Jose Santiago, a spokesperson for the Glendale Police Department, the husband, who was identified as 39-year-old Nolan Davis by AZ Family, had a connection to the woman, whose name has not been released.
“Right now, we can tell you they knew each other, but we do not know the extent of how they knew each other, that’s all part of the investigation right now. We do know that they were familiar with one another and there was some type of relationship,” Santiago said. “How familiar and what type of relationship, that’s unknown at this time.”
The husband later got a threatening text message from Davis, who told him she was going to harm their children, according to KTAR. He told police she was at home in Phoenix with the children.
Glendale police connected with Phoenix police to respond to the home.

Shortly after telling police about the text, Nolan Davis received a text from his wife with a photo of one of their children bleeding from the head.
Police arrived at the home about 2:30 a.m. and forced their way inside. There they found the bodies of 10-year-old Austin and 18-month old Andolan, as well as that of Andrea Davis. It appears she shot both children before fatally shooting herself, KTAR reported.
Nolan Davis’ cousin Felicia Queen spoke with AZ Family, saying he is “a very good dad. And she was a good mom, so please don’t just whatever happens, don’t portray her to be some, she did what she did, but she wasn’t a horrible person. She wasn’t.”
One of Andrea’s friends, Amy Bowers, also spoke with the outlet.
She told them that the couple shared the home where she died. They had been together for 12 years and had a happy marriage until about a year ago.
Allegedly, Nolan Davis was having a relationship with a coworker.
“This relationship that’s been going on between Nolan Davis and his co-worker has completely made her lose her mind. She hasn’t had an issue like this their whole marriage. They haven’t had anything like this come up before. And so I think the shock of that is just a lot for her,” Bowers said. “She was just, she was not feeling good. And she’s been asking for help from everybody. Like it’s not been secret.”
Throughout the past year, Bowers told AZ Family, Andrea has been the most concerned about how her children would be affected.
“I feel really bad nobody was thinking about the kids this whole time you know Andrea was stressed because Nolan was talking about leaving and she was like, ‘What am I supposed to do with the kids?’” she shared.
According to both AZ Family and KTAR, police are still investigating both incidents. Phoenix police are handling the murder-suicide, while Glendale police are investigating the bar shooting. So far, no motive has been determined.
