TikTok Mom Accidentally Booked a ‘Happy Ending’ Massage & Says There Were Warning Signs

One mom on TikTok was in for quite a surprise when she decided to book a massage appointment at 9 p.m. Clearly in need of a bit of self-care, social media influencer Maggie McGaugh, who is a mom of one and pregnant with her second child, found a random massage place online, called, and was able to get a last-minute appointment.

Now she says that should have been the first red flag. As it turned out, she had booked herself a "happy ending" massage, and despite several warning signs, shortly afterward, she found herself naked in a curtained-off room.

Maggie shared her hilariously awkward experience online.

Clearly in dismay, Maggie took to her TikTok account, where she generally shares her work as a furniture flipper and Airbnb host along with a healthy dose of humor, to confess her shocking mistake. Even she admits that she simply should have known better.

Things were off right from the start.

"Today, I went to get a massage not knowing it was a 'happy endings' massage. Let's talk about it," Maggie starts the video. "First off, I booked it at 9 p.m. They answered the phone at 9 p.m., which should have been a red flag, but I continued."

A lot of us might have turned around the second we pulled up.

"I pull up. It doesn't look great, 'but hey, whatever,'" Maggie continues. "So I walk in. There are no doors, only curtains, which I'm a little nervous about. I definitely got hidden video camera vibes so I even looked around for cameras and proceeded with the massage. Again, c'mon."

Yeah, there's absolutely no way we would have gone behind those curtains if we thought there was even the slightest possibility we were being filmed.

Believe it or not, things got even more awkward after that.

Maggie goes on to explain that she was escorted to the massage room and then stripped down to her underwear as she usually does for a massage. She lay down on the massage bed, and then the massage person came in and Maggie says the woman "really quickly" ripped her underwear down to her knees.

"I was like, 'What's happening?'" Maggie says in the video. "Very uncomfortable. But to make matters worse, she folds back the sheet that's already very small, so I am completely exposed, booty up."

Still not sure if the situation was "normal" or not, Maggie says, "I absolutely freeze." That is until the massage therapist hopped up and sat on her thighs.

But wait — Maggie still didn't book it out of there!

At that point, rather than jump up, grab her clothes, and run away, Maggie signaled to the massage therapist, and said, "No thank you," finally realizing what was going on.

But, get this: Maggie still let the woman give her a shoulder rub!

"The poor woman was very confused as to why I was not into this," Maggie says on TikTok. "The massage was great after we established our boundaries."

Maggie also explained that she later found out there's actually a website to make sure the massage parlor you've selected doesn't offer happy endings. When she checked after the fact, the place she went to was listed there.

The video has a lot of curious commenters.

Maggie's video has been viewed more than 13 million times and has more than 1 million likes and 10,000 comments. Some commenters shared similar stories, and others were actually kind of into it.

"At least your fiancé didn’t book it for you on the day of your wedding ," someone empathized.

"Think I would be like “oh well I’m here now” ‍♀️ ," one person commented.

"Accidentally booked a happy ending. Let me tell you I walked out of there the fourth time and never came back," someone else wrote.

"I accidentally do this 3 times a month they keep tricking me!" reads another comment.

In the comments, Maggie explained that the website that lists places like this is actually intended to allow people to find them and not necessarily to avoid them, and some of her followers wanted all the deets.

"Omg that’s crazy!! What’s the name of this place again? (Asking for a friend)," one comment reads.

Clearly, there's a clientele for this service, and some people wouldn't mind as much as Maggie did.

"I will say, the happy ending for me, was leaving," she says. "And the not so happy ending was realizing that they were on that website and I had indeed booked myself a happy ending massage."
