Kids do some seriously weird things, but few things capture their inherent strangeness like this viral video that's making the rounds on Facebook. The video shows three kids running around a car wash parking lot — two of them with their car seats still strapped to their backs. And while some have found the video to be hilarious, others are calling it disturbing.
The video was shared by a musician named D.Beezy, who posted it on his popular Facebook page.
"What in the Child Services is going on here?" he asked.
The 45-second clip shows a small kid waddling around a car wash parking lot with a car seat strapped to his back.
He waddles over to meet a second kid, who's sitting in a car seat on the ground, as well as third kid who is playing around behind a car. On the other side of the car, an adult — presumably the kids' parent — is vacuuming the back seat.
After a few seconds, the car pulls forward to another cleaning station, and the kids rush off behind it.
It seems like Mom or Dad left the kids strapped in their car seats while they cleaned out the car, thinking it would slow them down. But, as the video shows, that is not what happened.
None of the kids in the video look hurt or in distress, but the clip has some people pissed off that these kids were wandering around unattended in a parking lot.
People who watched the video lashed out at the parents, saying there's "no reason" to leave kids exposed like that.
Some even suggested that the parent who allowed this to happen is abusive and should be reported.
"This person does not deserve these kids," another mom wrote.
But other people who saw the video found it really adorable.
As one woman wrote, it's proof that the parent wanted to clean UNDER the car seats too -- which is more than most of us do.
A few even think the kids in the car seats were actually having a good time running around.
"They're probably enjoying being ninja turtles while the mom cleans Cheetos, crayons, melted candy, and toys from the cracks of the seats," said one commenter.
Either way, this video is proof that nothing — not even a car seat — can stop a toddler in motion.
