Keke Palmer Shamed by Boyfriend on Social Media Over Sexy Outfit She Wore to Usher Concert

Keke Palmer's boyfriend is finding himself at the center of controversy this week after a comment he made about her wardrobe. Darius Jackson shamed Keke's outfit at the Usher concert, claiming that it was inappropriate for someone who has children … and after receiving backlash for it, he's just doubling down instead.

It all started when a video of Keke and Usher surfaced on Twitter.

In the video, Keke is attending Usher's Las Vegas residency — and looking good in a black bodysuit under a sheer dress embellished with black polka dots.

Usher sings "There Goes My Baby" to Keke when he comes to her in the audience, and she even got to sing along with him. How fun!

Darius called Keke out for what she was wearing.

Amid all the backlash, Darius has since deleted his Twitter account, but according to USA Today, he responded to the video saying, "It's the outfit tho … you a mom."

At first, people couldn't figure out if he was joking around or serious, but it wasn't long before his intentions became very clear.

He later doubled down on his feelings about Keke's outfit.

In another tweet, Darius wrote, "We live in a generation where a man of the family doesn’t want the wife & mother to his kids to showcase booty cheeks to please others & he gets told how much of a hater he is.

"This is my family & my representation," he added. "I have standards & morals to what I believe. I rest my case."

People haven't been very impressed with Darius' take.

On Twitter, he's basically getting roasted for shaming an outfit that the mother of his child wore on a night out — and that may have contributed to him leaving the platform.

The reactions have been pretty ruthless, from people cracking jokes about Darius not being the "man of the family" when Keke is clearly the breadwinner to others stating that this was a conversation that should have happened away from social media.

"Bro, honesty is the best policy," read one tweet. "Admitting you felt jealous and uncomfortable when Usher serenaded your girl, and she got excited, would have been the real move."

Keke doesn't seem too bothered.

In fact, in the wake of Darius' comments, she only seems interested in showing off her outfit more. On Wednesday, she took to Instagram to share more photos from her night, giving Usher a rave review.

"HE WAS SO FABULOUS!! Giving theater, Atlanta downnn, tips and tricks and just absolutely iconic. I was truly inspired as a performer," she shared.

So far, she hasn't mentioned Darius' comments directly, but given that he has disappeared from social media, there's a good chance they weren't very welcome.
