Kanye West & New Wife Being Investigated Over NSFW Act on Italian Boat

It looks like Kanye West may be running into a bit of legal trouble after he was caught in a seriously NSFW moment during his trip to Venice, Italy. Police are investigating Kanye and his partner, Bianca Censori, after the couple engaged in a lewd act involving public nudity while on a boat. Not only have they been banned from the boat company for life, but now, it seems police have more than a few questions for him as they try to determine exactly what went down.

Last week, Kanye was caught with his pants down — literally.

Photos and videos captured Kanye on a boat in Venice with his pants down, exposing his bare butt, as his partner, Bianca, kneeled in front of him — a pretty compromising position, especially considering that they weren't the only ones on the boat.

Now, it sounds like local police are trying to figure out exactly what happened on the boat that day.

Police are reportedly questioning anyone involved.

According to what an inside source told the Daily Mail, Italian police have already identified the driver of the boat for questioning and are asking those who took photos of the incident to share what they saw.

"There are standards of public decorum that have to be followed by tourists and locals alike and any breaches are severely punished," the source said. "The images of West with his trousers down while in a taxi as he and his partner crossed the lagoon were seen all over the globe. You could clearly see his trousers were half down and we have received complaints from people who witnessed it. Now we have identified the driver of the boat and we will be asking him what he saw as well."

The couple may end up facing charges.

"The images show the couple clearly in a state of intimacy and if the local prosecutor decides to press charges then we will notify the couple, most probably through the relevant embassies," the source continued. "The offense being investigated is acts contrary to public decency which is punishable by an administrative sanction."

If convicted of public indecency, Kanye and Bianca could face fines of up to $12,500 USD.

The situation is expected to be discussed at an upcoming meeting on public security.

"These public acts of spectacle are not what we or the millions of tourists who come here each year wish to see and we take a very dim view of it. We can only hope that the prosecutor imposes a fine and then the couple will think long and hard about their behaviour if they return to Venice in the future," a source close to Venice's mayor, Luigi Brugnaro, told the Daily Mail.

Kanye and Bianca have been 'banned for life' from the boating company.

The company, Venezia Turismo Motoscafi, released a statement to Daily Mail Australia making it clear that the driver of the boat was unaware of what was happening at the time because his view of the back of the boat was blocked by "a third person on board the taxi."

"We completely dissociate ourselves from such acts and behavior," the insider said. "Mr. West and his wife will certainly no longer be welcome on board our company’s boats."
