The former Prince Andrew being implicated in the Jeffrey Epstein files that have been released by the Department of Justice so far didn’t come as a surprise — after all, he didn’t lose his royal titles for nothing. But the latest dump of files from the DOJ included correspondence between Andrew’s ex, Sarah Ferguson, and Epstein… and a pretty inappropriate mention of Princess Eugenie, Andrew and Fergie’s daughter.
The email involving Eugenie was sent in March 2010.
As multiple outlets including People have reported, one of the emails that was released on Friday was an exchange between Fergie and Epstein. In response to Epstein asking when he’d see her in New York, Fergie replied, “Not sure yet. Just waiting for Eugenie to come back from a shagging weekend!!”
At the time, Fergie was only 19 years old and was with her then-boyfriend (now husband) Jack Brooksbank.
Yep, that’s a little creepy, especially knowing what we do about Epstein now.
Fergie also sent Epstein an email gushing over him.
Another email included in the most recent file release showed Fergie gushing over Epstein and even asking him to marry her.
“You are a legend. I really don’t have the words to describe, my love, gratitude for your generosity and kindness,” she wrote in an email from 2010, via The New York Post. “Xx I am at your service. Just marry me.”
In a previous email, Sarah had written, “In just one week, after your lunch, it seems the energy has lifted. I have never been more touched by a friends kindness than your compliment to me infront of my girls. Thank you Jeffrey for being the brother I have always wished for.”
Andrew also sent messages involving their daughters to Epstein.
The files also showed that Andrew sent Epstein his family’s Christmas cards more than once, which included photos of both Eugenie and her older sister, Princess Beatrice. As People pointed out, these cards were sent after Epstein had already been convicted in 2008, and after Andrew had claimed that he had already cut off all communication with him.
Last year, The Daily Mail claimed that Fergie had brought both of their daughters to visit Epstein after he was released from jail in the following year to celebrate his newfound freedom.
So far, Fergie has yet to release an official comment on the new batch of emails that were allegedly sent by her.
