I’ve been the listening ear and shoulder to cry on for many of my friends who were dealing with relationship issues over the years. A handful of them were in truly toxic situations, with partners who had wandering eyes and hands. I try not to be judgmental about these situations, but several friends directed their rage at the “other woman” rather than the partner whom they were supposed to be able to trust. Instead of holding the man accountable, they blamed the woman for tempting him.
Although I do agree that if a woman knows you exist and still pursues your partner, that is messed up, it was the man who committed to you. That’s who deserves your real anger.
In Indiana, a scorned woman and three accomplices decided to make a pregnant woman pay for the mistakes of her ‘man.’
A pregnant Qdoba worker, who asked to remain anonymous, was reportedly attacked by the alleged ringleader, Aniyah Gooch, Dajah Gooch, Armoniah Malone, and Darrique Jackson at work, according to Law & Crime. Court documents reviewed by the outlet stated that prosecutors said the four women stormed the counter and attempted to stab the worker in the stomach over a domestic dispute involving a man.
Police officers with the Fishers Police Department arrived at the store at 8:30 p.m. May 17, 2026. Authorities told WISH-TV that the two were arguing over a man who was dating one of the women and had previously dated the other. It was unclear which woman he is with, but the victim is reportedly pregnant with his child.
The victim claimed she and Aniyah spoke earlier in the day about the man, and then the four women showed up at her workplace.
“She was mad at me because I was having his kid, and I guess she couldn’t have the kids,” the victim said of Aniyah in an interview with WXIN.
She went on to accuse them of threatening her coworkers if they stood in the way of them getting to the pregnant woman.
“They told the team members they would smack the f— out of them and beat the f— out of them if they didn’t move out of the way,” the victim explained. “So, they push them, and one girl came up. We was fighting for at least 20 seconds, and that’s when they start jumping me.”
The women then reportedly took out knives and began lunging for the victim’s stomach. In an attempt to protect herself, she ended up with stab wounds all over her hands.
In court on May 18, Deputy Prosecutor Toula Guedel claimed the women documented the incident online.
“There is information in the probable cause affidavit that the defendant was then livestreaming on social media afterward that ‘the baby is dead,'” Guedel said, per WXIN.
Aniyah Gooch and Dajah Gooch were each charged with battery by means of a deadly weapon and battery resulting in injury to a pregnant woman. Malone and Jackson each face one count of battery resulting in injury to a pregnant woman.
“It really should have been some grown woman stuff,” the victim told WXIN. “It ain’t no pressure about no boy. But they’re getting what they get, so I’m not in jail, they are.”
