As the dust settles around Jelly Roll and Bunnie Xo’s divorce announcement, one person has a theory about why they really split up, and it’s probably not going to be what the country singer wants to hear. As Brianna “Chickenfry” LaPaglia explained on a new episode of her podcast this week, she believes that Bunnie is still under Jelly Roll’s “mind control,” no matter how much she acts like she’s moving on.
Even though Bunnie says it’s good that Jelly Roll is dating again, Brianna doesn’t think she really means it.
Bunnie Xo claimed that she’s totally cool with Jelly Roll dating again last month, but Brianna doesn’t think she’s really telling the truth, and it all comes down to the way Bunnie’s friends have been acting online since their split went public.
“She doesn’t mean that. She’s still under the mind control of [Jelly Roll],” Brianna said on her podcast, Plan Bri Uncut. “And this is why I know that she doesn’t mean that because all of her closest friends are reposting — like her girls that you always see her with — They’re reposting the most asinine, crazy, insulting videos about Jelly Roll and how he’s the worst person and how people only like him because of Bunnie.”
Brianna added, “Bunnie is just doing the thing where she’s still protecting him. I went through that at a point too, where it’s like you’re not fully stepped out of the situation yet.”
She thinks Jelly Roll’s recent weight loss really inflated his ego.
According to Brianna’s theory, Jelly Roll must have realized that women may be more interested in him now after his dramatic 200-pound weight loss and would rather play the field, and soon enough, Bunnie will figure out that’s what’s really going on, too.
“She’s going to step out of this a year from now and be like, ‘Holy f—ing s—, Jelly Belly f—ing lost weight,’ and the second he drops weight, take it for what it actually is,” Brianna said, later adding, “He thought that he can do better. He can date someone younger.”
Brianna predicts Jelly Roll is looking for a ‘trad wife.’
Since Bunnie was a former sex worker, Brianna said that she thinks Jelly Roll’s going to go for the opposite in his next partner.
“Hey buddy, you were the one that got with an escort. She was an escort. She’s talked about it,” Brianna said. “You were a drug addict and you were going to prison and in and out of jail. Now your morals don’t align with it because you’re f—ing skinny?”
She went on to say that Bunnie was “the only, like, redeeming and beautiful quality about Jelly Roll.”
Ouch! Only time will tell if Brianna is right about this theory, but who knows? Maybe Bunnie was too much for Jelly Roll, and now it’s time for him to go find less.
