Less than a year after Riley Keough and grandmother Priscilla Presley settled their legal battle involving Lisa Marie's estate and access to Graceland, the Daisy Jones and the Six star is back in court again. The iconic property was set to go to auction this week, but Riley has managed to put a stop to it just in time by filing a lawsuit and requesting a restraining order against the company attempting to settle a debt after it claims Lisa Marie used Graceland as collateral for a loan that was never paid back.

Graceland was headed for the auction block this Thursday.
As ABC News reported, a company called Naussany Investments and Private Lending claimed that Lisa Marie, who died in January 2023, used Graceland as collateral for a $2.8 million loan it says has remained unpaid after her death.
A public notice of Graceland's impending foreclosure was posted earlier this month, and it would have been up for public auction to repay the supposed debt this week.
Riley has taken legal action against the company.
Court documents revealed that Riley has filed for a temporary restraining order against the company, along with a lawsuit that alleges that the loan in question is "fraudulent."
"Lisa Maria Presley never borrowed money from Naussany Investments and never gave a deed of trust to Naussany Investments," her lawyer wrote in the suit.
Riley believes the LLC behind the foreclosure may not be 'a real entity.'
Elsewhere in the lawsuit per People, Riley wrote, "Naussany Investments & Private Lending LLC appears to be a false entity created for the purpose of defrauding the Promenade Trust (the trust of Keough and formerly of Lisa Marie Presley), the heirs of Lisa Marie Presley, or any purchaser of Graceland at a non-judicial sale."

Riley shared the alleged loan documents in the lawsuit.
She claimed that her mother's signature was forged on the paperwork, and she mentioned that the notary who witnessed her signing the papers said she had never met Lisa Marie.
Graceland said in a statement, per ABC News: "Elvis Presley Enterprises can confirm that these claims are fraudulent. There is no foreclosure sale. Simply put, the counter lawsuit has been filed is to stop the fraud."
Priscilla has also spoken out.
Late Monday night, Priscilla took to her Instagram account to share a photo of the Graceland estate with the words "it's a scam!" written over it in red text.
So far, Naussany Investments and Private Lending has yet to issue a statement on Riley's suit.
