18-Year-Old OnlyFans Star Lil Tay Says Women Who Work 9 to 5 Are ‘Failures’

When Lil Tay hinted at joining OnlyFans on her 18th birthday, some fans hoped she was merely trolling. Now, just a couple weeks later, she’s urging other women to follow suit and start creating OnlyFans content themselves. According to her, women over the age of 25 who are working traditional nine-to-fives should be embarrassed.

“If you’re over the age of 25 and you’re still working a nine-to-five, you are a failure,” she said on August 16.

Lil Tay claims she earned $1 million from OnlyFans after just a few hours on the platform.

In the days leading up to her 18th birthday, Lil Tay told her Instagram followers that she would be dropping an OnlyFans link as soon as she turned 18. Some fans hoped she was kidding. Others accused her of “pandering” to pedophiles. To make it even more disturbing, Lil Tay has been creating content for years, meaning that many of her followers have been following her on Instagram since she was 10 years old.

According to Lil Tay, within hours of joining OnlyFans, she earned more than $1 million through subscriptions, tips, and messages.

She said all women should join OnlyFans to make more money.

In her recent Instagram post, Lil Tay explained why women who are still working nine-to-five are “failures.”

“By [age 25], you should’ve already made your bag,” Lil Tay said. “And ladies, every single one of you should drop the [OnlyFans] link, like me.” In her eyes, money should be the priority, and other people’s opinions shouldn’t matter. She added, “Literally just make your bag. Who gives a f— what anybody thinks? Screw your family. My family kicked me out.”

Lil Tay went on to say that her family “disowned” her and “don’t talk to [her] anymore.” She suggested that this shouldn’t matter. “Who gives a s—?” she continued. “I can literally buy their whole life if I wanted to. I’m good.”

‘F— education,’ she added.

Not everyone related to the anti-education sentiment in Lil Tay’s post. “Harvard was never gonna help me make eight figures,” she said. She captioned the post with, “EVERY girl should drop a link.” However, some of her followers told her they plan to pursue an education instead.

“Sorry girl but I’m going to college,” one person wrote. Some people were clearly offended by her comments and reminded her that many traditional jobs are essential. “Being a nurse means I’m a failure?” another person questioned. “I work 8-5 in outpatient oncology which is treating cancer patients. I like to think that I’m not a failure and I don’t think my patients think so either.”

Some fans remained convinced that Lil Tay had to be “rage-baiting,” or trying to get more engagement on social media.

“Y’all forgot lil tay was ragebaiting since she was young,” one person pointed out.
