It sounds like Taylor Swift may be moving on from Joe Alwyn sooner than we expected. Rumors are swirling that Taylor Swift is dating fellow musician and longtime friend Matty Healy of The 1975 … and supposedly, he's already made a public romantic gesture in honor of her.

Taylor seems to have inspired a major change for Matty.
The British singer explained to his fans that he wouldn't be locking lips with anyone in the audience on the night when Taylor joined The 1975 on stage for a performance during one of their concerts. Matty has often pulled concertgoers up on stage to lay one on them during performances, but at the time he said he wouldn't be doing that in deference to Taylor.
"I'm not kissing anybody in front of Taylor Swift, have some respect," he said in a old TikTok video making the rounds again.
The surprise appearance by Taylor only seemed to solidify rumors of their renewed romance.
On Wednesday, The Sun reported that the pair were "madly in love" after only a few months of dating. "It's super-early days, but it feels right," the source told the magazine. "They first dated, very briefly, almost 10 years ago but timings just didn't work out."
Given the timing of Taylor's split from long-time love Joe Alwyn, this actually might make sense.
If they're dating, they're doing the long distance thing right now.
Given the fact that Taylor is in the middle of her highly anticipated Eras Tour — and The 1975 is in the Philippines on a tour of their own — these are two busy people these days who may not have much time to see each other in person.
"Both Matty and Taylor have been touring over the past few weeks, so it's been a lot of FaceTiming and texting but she cannot wait to see him again," the source continued.
Taylor just got out of a long-term, serious relationship.
News that she and Joe called it quits after six years together broke less than a month ago, and she must still be in her feelings about the breakup. She recently deleted a video about her song "Lavender Haze," in which she explains how the song was about her relationship with her ex.
Plus, Matty isn't the only new man rumored to be in Taylor's life right now.

Rumor has it Taylor is also dating a Formula One driver.
Page Six has reported that F1 driver Fernando Alonso had been making time with the songstress, thanks to an anonymous post from Instagram gossip account Deuxmoi.
The 41-year-old driver has been having fun with the rumors, and even dropping sly hints about them by playing Taylor's music in the background of some of his social media posts.
If the insider is correct, we'll know the truth about Taylor and Matty (and Fernando) soon enough. Hopefully we can stay patient until then!
