Although most of us could only dream of witnessing a coronation in person, Mike Tindall had a front row seat … but apparently, those of us watching from home had a better view than he did. In fact, it sounds like Mike was pretty unhappy with the seating arrangements at the event, and now, he's publicly voicing his frustrations.

Mike and his wife were supposed to have great seats.

The Tindalls were seated with some of the other high-profile royals in the fourth row. Mike and Zara, who are the son-in-law and daughter of Princess Anne, were seated behind Prince Harry, Princess Beatrice, and Princess Eugenie during the coronation, which took place inside London's Westminster Abbey.
Despite being so close to the action, Mike said he didn't really get to see much.
The former rugby player shared his complaints on his podcast.
"It was unbelievable to be sat where we were," Mike shared on his The Good, The Bad & The Rugby podcast.
"Quite frustrating that you couldn't see around the corner, but you had the TV there, and obviously everything that went on sort of [in the] back and front," he continued.
He *did* enjoy the things that he was actually able to see.
Fortunately, Mike didn't let the bad view ruin his time. He even said that a few moments from the day gave him chills.
"I think the best bit of the day was the six and a half hours of military footmen that were in the Buckingham Palace backyard, and they did three cheers for the king," he recalled. "It was like, whoa, goose pimples."
Maybe the bad view is the reason Zara seemed to nod off.
Coronation viewers believe they caught Zara dosing off during the coronation as they watched the live coverage. Rumor has it she and Mike were out late the night before the event, which didn't leave her much downtime to rest before the big day.
Maybe the lack of a view is what really did her in during the ceremony.

Mike laughed about it all in the end.
He couldn't help but chuckle at the irony. "You're in the hottest spot, but it was all happening just around the corner of wall that you can't see," he joked.
Well, at least he's got a good sense of humor about it. We'd probably be frustrated too, although we would've really enjoyed getting to hang out with all those royals no matter what we could (or couldn't) see.
