Stephen 'tWitch' Boss’ autopsy revealed he had no drugs or alcohol in his system when he died.

According to documents obtained by The Blast, investigators found that Stephen was sober at the time of his death.

"On Tuesday, December 13th, 2022 at 11:10 hours, the hotel manager and housekeeping staff entered the room, as the decedent had not checked out," reads the report. "They discovered the decedent’s possessions still in the room and subsequently found the decedent unresponsive in the shower with an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound."

Some of his belongings were in the hotel room with him.

"A table was located against the north wall of the room which held a backpack containing various notebooks and a laptop computer. The decedent’s clothes were neatly folded and stacked on the table," reads the report via The Blast.

The documents also mentioned that a note was found in the room but did not include any details about what it may have included.

His wife told police that his actions were 'out of character.'

The report states that Allison Holker told investigators that he had no "financial issues or marital problems" that he might have been battling at the time, and that "to her knowledge, (Stephen) did not have a history of suicide attempts or suicidal ideation."

Allison has been open about how truly unexpected Stephen's death has been for their family.

During an appearance on the Today show in May 2023, Allison shared that her husband always wanted to be "the strong one."

"I still feel like the rest of the world where I’m still shocked," she admitted at the time. "No one’s ready for that moment and there’s no one that saw this coming. No one — and that breaks my heart too."

It's heartbreaking to think of what their family went through.

The loss of Stephen was felt all over the world, but no one grieved like Allison and the children she shared with him. Even going on two years later, it's hard to accept the fact that someone who brought so much joy to so many people is gone.

Here's hoping that the autopsy results helped them on their journey to finding peace.
